-using Starbucks drinks ads at the bar - but that is a simple coffee machine coffee with some syrups
-I was several time told that that is not a family hotel with kids entertainment. That is not their focus. But they have disco for kids and other activities but every time entertainment managers tell us they got less then 3 kids for the activity so they can’t have that activity according to the rules, but I see families with kids still coming to the activity area and they got the same answer “Sorry small amount of kids”, so there were many kids in the hotel willing to join any sort of activities. Seems that managers are not willing to have any activities for kids at all. But again they told me that I don’t understand their concept.

We came in December and couldn't swim very well, so we didn't use the hotel facilities. I don’t really recommend it. The hotel is relatively old and it’s a bit overwhelming to eat the same thing every day with the all-inclusive price. I feel like a boutique hotel near the seaside in Lao Cai would be better.
