C’est un très bel établissement. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très bien équipées. Des restos en rough top très original avec nourriture de qualité. Seul bémol on nous oblige à mettre un bonnet de bain pour aller à la piscine ce qui fait que nous n’avons pas pu en profiter car nous avons refusé d’en mettre et les cheveux de ma fille ne pouvait pas rentrer dedans conclusion journée perdue à se morfondre dans la chambre toute l’après midi

Pas le moins cher de TANA, mais l'accueil est chaleureux et le SPA /piscine /salle de sport tip top. j'ai adoré. qui se ressemble s'assemble le personnel est à l'image du directeur . Discret et efficace.. sans hésitation..

Niveau de propreté, RAS, la température est fraîche et de beaux tableaux un peu partout. La literie est comme un nuage. Le restaurant propose des plats succulents, le roof top est un bon point. Le hammam et le sauna sont bien réglés. Voilà pour les points positifs. Pour les points négatifs, par où commencer… La TV décide toute seule de ses horaires de travail, la Wi-Fi est très timide dans la chambre, les éclairages des couloirs clignotent comme dans un film d’horreur. Et ce n’est même pas le pire. Ils “ont” un restaurant qui est soi-disant indépendant de l’hôtel, donc on doit sortir de la chambre pour manger. Maiiiis puisqu’ils sont gentils, on peut avoir un room service… dont le coût est presque l’équivalent du prix d’un plat… La serveuse arrive, essoufflée comme jamais après 45 minutes d’attente, à ce qu’il paraît elles montent les escaliers pour servir dans les chambres, vous vous doutez qu’avec un tel effort le service prend un coup :/ Enfin, le quartier, svp. Déjà que c’est un quartier chaud, à partir de 22h ça commence à être très bruyant avec la boîte de nuit juste à côté. Bref, c'est un très bel endroit mais l'accueil un peu froid ainsi que ces "détails" font qu'on ne passe pas vraiment un séjour agréable.

je ne recommande pas l'accueil laisse à désirer. sinon trop brouillant si on n'aime pas faire la fête. comme c'est juste en face de la boite de nuit les chambre ne sont pas bien insonorisé. j'étais avec un bébé donc il fallait nous mettre dans l'aile moins brouillant et que il ne l'on proposé que quand on a dit qu'on allait partir. sinon la telé ne marche pas, donc aucune chaine chose qu'ils ont omis de direor qu'ils le savent bien. avant de partir ils nous on dit que la télé dans cette chambre a un souci.... et enfin , il faut signaler que les pièces de monnaies ne sont pas accepté mais juste les billets si vous payez en euro même si vous avez le prix rond. le seul point positif est que la literie était excellente

overall the hotel was spacious, comfortable, and conveniently located, the desk girl was the absolute worst, she could not speak English, but demanded she did and no one else was available to help us but her, we needed a taxi to the airport, she either didn't understand that or chose to ignore us, luckily after 20 min someone came by who did understand us and called us a taxi, she was also the one who demanded we pay our fees when we checked in after a delayed flight at 6 in the morning, she treated us as if we were untrustworthy or unworthy to be there because we were American and did not speak french.

The hotel is nicely decorated and the rooms are large with comfortable bed, but many of the lights in our room were burnt out, there was a lot of hair from previous guests in the shower, and we had to remind them to clean our room when it had been forgotten and not cleaned by 4pm.

The minute you walk in the lobby, you can smell bad odors, they don't turn the AC on in the lobby...my first room, the air was broken and they knew it, it was so hot, they blamed it on the small window. Then I moved to a nice room and everything was fine. The restaurant was excellent and the indoor pool was great...
