We stayed here for five night over Christmas . First things first , excellent value fully secure parking at 5 euros a day . The welcome was really nice . Our room was large enough and the shower I have to say fantatstic Location is superb too with a bus stop at the top of the small gentle slope to the road . Both to the hypermarket or into Antibes to make connections to the core d’azur via bus or train . So economical too , we left the Campervan in the garage and got the bus into Nice , Antibes and the train from Antibes to Monte Carlo . The hypermarket is ten minutes walk away as well and open until late The main disappointment for us as regular Accor hotel users , is for an Ibis styles the lack of complimentary tea , coffee . This is the first one we have stayed at whereby none in offer . We embarrassingly helped ourselves on our first evening for the reception lady to tell us it wasn’t free and could be bought from the bar , it’s only free at breakfast A bit annoying with no facilities in your room either . The breakfast was just ok I’m sorry to say . Not a huge selection of anything but it was adequate to start the day . A bit bit disconcerting the wreck of a car in the outer free car park plus the amount of abandoned car wrecks in the hypermarket, not the hotels fault but not a great advert for the area
Royal Antibes - Luxury Hotel, Résidence, Beach & Spa

The staff are friendly and helpful- particularly Kevin at the main reception who went above and beyond and is a credit to the hotel. The spa is relaxing and peaceful with a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. Our city side rooms were quite small and in the summer I imagine could be a bit oppressive, but for our winter stay they were absolutely fine, spotlessly clean and super comfortable beds - nice spacious bathroom. The beach club opposite in the summer is lovely and there are lots of great restaurants nearby. A short ten minute walk to the old town.

Cap d'Antibes
This is a true 4 stars hotel with everything included in such category and very close to the beach. Super comfort on the king bed, ultra modern bathroom including bath robes, slippers, nice toiletries, beautiful view to the Mediteranean sea from the sunny balcony. The breakfast is very divers with quality and plentiful food. Not to be omitted the gorgeous decorations and the easy parking on site. The moment we entered the hotel, we were welcomed with a huge smile from the front desk to the breakfast staff, to the housekeepers that keep the rooms and entire facilities spotless. We highly recommend it to anybody and would love to come back.

This is a perfect hotel for a short stay. The room was clean and a good size with a large shower room / toilet (with shower gel, soap and loads of towels). The bed is large, with comfy sheets / pillows. Although on the 2nd floor, at night it was quiet as it’s on a side street. The Wi-Fi is free and both stable / strong. Location wise, it’s an easy walk to some great restaurants, the port and the old town. Also about 10 mins walk from the station if you need it. The receptionist and other staff were super polite and helpful. Value for money (staying off-season) is excellent. Recommended.
Hôtel & Studios Astor

We booked a terrace room for three nights. When we arrived in the afternoon, the office was closed (only open in the morning) and check-in instructions were clipped to a board at the front door. Our room was two floors below the main floor and we found no elevator. The room was at the end of a narrow hall. It had an outside door to a narrow terrace that had been excavated many feet below grade. I would say the room barely met the definition of a daylight basement. The room was very clean but clearly a one star room. We left the room to find some lunch. The hotel is in the midst of a residential neighborhood with no other commercial services visible anywhere. There was no person on-site that we could ask for directions. We walked toward Antibes. We learned that was a mistake. It was a 20 minute walk before we found anything. Since we were travelling for pleasure, we decided this facility was not for us. If our objective was the Juan Les Pin beach, a value room and knew to avoid the basement location, Hotel Astor would have been a good choice. We talked to the owner as we left to move to a new hotel. He was incredulous that we would be leaving and fiercely defended his hotel and the accuracy of their description. I requested a partial refund. I was refused, which was his right under the terms of the listing. Still, we left as dissatisfied guests and a gracious host would have made some attempt to mitigate the situation. It's clear that many guests were happy with the hotel. They must have been looking for value and a place near the beach and did not stay in a basement room. In fairness, we paid nearly 200 euros per night and found a beautiful hotel in Antibes for just slightly more.

We enjoyed our stay a lot! The employes were extremely friendly and welcoming! Especially the breakfast from Miss Louisa made our day! She was so caring and courteous, that we are looking forward to our next visit! The rooms were not luxurious but have everything you could wish for. Especially if you don't want to go out for dinner, it's great that every room includes a kitchen. All in all we loved it, so see you hopefully soon!
