I've just checked in about 20 minutes. I wanted to take a bath after a long hot day. I turned on bathroom faucet and out burst the dirtiest brown water. I thought to give it time maybe it will clear up. After a few minutes there was no change. I took out my phone and started recording. I then walked to the office to tell them the problem and the clerk with a defensive attitude said give it time. I recorded the conversation along with recording of this awful bad smells room . How can ******* associate themselves with this business that just dont care about health standards and worse customer service. I want my full refund plus an apology for this kind of service.

Main gripe was the rude staff. Room looked dirty and unkept. Questionable smell in the room made me gag when first walking in.

It’s one thing to pay for your entire stay when booked on line but then to have to pay another fee, cash when you arrive on top of that.
Plus they are all rude in that office.
Probably won’t stay again.
