Super nice hotel. Prime location. Parfait marriage 'food', art, architecture, luxury indulgence. Ideal base for exploring Antwerp. We'll be back for sure. This is 100% enjoyment..

Prachtig hotel. Tip:ga zeker eens naar de gastentoiletten in de kelder waar je een blik kan werpen op de oude bankkluis. Ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. We hadden voor de luxekamer gekozen en dat was ze zeker. De kleine attenties (chocolaatjes, koekjes) en het klaarmaken van je kamer voor het slapengaan geven je dat extra gevoel van luxe. Gekozen voor het gastronomisch arrangement zodat we ook konden genieten van een menu in het sterrenrestaurant. En genoten hebben we zeker. Ook de bijpassende wijnen gekozen door de jonge maar zeer vriendelijke en deskundige somelier waren uitstekend. Topervaring dus over de gehele lijn.

We had a nice stay in the heart of Antwerp. Everybody is very friendly and the room was perfect. The vibe in the hotel is relaxing and welcoming. We had diner at the restaurant and the food was really sublime. Enjoyed every minute of our stay. It was perfect.

The Hotel Franq is a great boutique hotel located in a great part of Antwerp. It’s close to a nice neighborhood with restaurants, shops and destination landmarks. The hotel itself is beautiful. From the moment you walk in you feel like you are in a special place. It was an old bank building so there’s special spots within the hotel to see. The decor is modern but elegant. The staff is very professional and attentive. They want you to feel at home snd want your stay with them to be special. They went out of their way to make recommendations to local tourist spots…. Sights, restaurants, etc. The rooms are clean, spacious and the amenities such as the robes, towels and linens were high quality. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Antwerp. I hope to come back next time I’m in Antwerp.

Lovely hotel stay in Antwerp with the family. The staff are exceptional and the stay was very comfortable and pleasant. A great location just a couple blocks from the old town and a few blocks to the Diamond district. Make sure to ask the front desk for any recommendations you need as all their suggestions were great. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it highly.

Hotel très bien… Cependant pour le Standing , plus de gel douche dans le distributeur, une boite à mouchoir vide, des trace sur la porte. Côté restaurant, ce n’ai pas l’idée d’un étoilé que je me fais… le repas en lui même très bon. Mais on nous propose du vin sans connaitre ni le prix, ni d’autre choix (donc mauvaise surprise lors de l’addition) une décoration florale de table en plastique. Du fait de l’affluence le plateau de fromage se fait attendre très longtemps… mais les serveurs sont chaleureux et agréables. Le petit déjeuner est aussi à mon sens trop chère mais très bon. Pour avoir séjourner dans des lieux moins onéreux et « prestigieux », ils ne sont pas ( pour moi) à la hauteur du rapport qualité/prix

Super locatie, direct in het centrum maar toch rustig gelegen. Mooi hotel, zeer vriendelijk personeel en van alle gemakken voorzien. Wel erg gehorig in het hotel, je hoort echt alles alsof je er direct naast staat. Heerlijke douche en prima bedden, wel verschrikkelijke kussens.

Stylisches Hotel in sehr guter Lage mit nettem und hilfsbereitem Personal und sauberen Zimmern. Der Grote Markt mit vielen Restaurants und Geschäften sowie die Liebfrauenkathedrale sind in unter 10 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Auch zur Schelde und dem Museum MAS ist es nicht weit.
