Great location!!! The room and bathroom we like it awesome outdoor swimming pool South Indian restaurant very nice food & tasty. We loved our stay .i recommend this resorts out my friends. We stayed here on our last night in Omar and it was great the staff very helpfull the Seeb Market and beach very close to hotel .they arrange the car complimentry.The overall atmosphere quite and comfortable.

Exceptional price quality ratio: at the cost of a single room, which is snooted in the countryside, you will have a luxurious and spacious room, with a hot pool at the latest floor and luxurious hotel services. - Good cleaning. The hotel is a little in the middle of nothing, but a few minutes walk away has a beautiful shopping centre (the most beautiful I've seen in Oman) with numerous restaurants both outdoor and inside the facility. It is also quite close to the airport (15/20 minutes), so more than recommended as the final goal before you go back. If we really want to find a defect is being located in the middle of nothing, but in a few minutes you get to the sea or in the city.

Usual physical set up both in the lobby and in the bedrooms. Nothing to complain about there. There are some *******, though. The shampoo etc. bottles are clamped to the wall, as is usual these days. However their supplier provides bottles that are not see-through. So staff have no way of knowing when they are empty. And obviously they're not trained to check everyday. Same goes for the bathroom scales that never worked. And there is relatively little shelving space for anything you don't hang. Towel replacement is a bit hit and miss. If the floor towel is there, the hand towels won't be. I've stayed at a hotel which asked how hard/soft you wanted your pillows to be and I thought that was a bit of an affectation. I really missed having that option here. Breakfast is ok. Usual international buffet. There was relatively little in the way of local items and given the make-up of the clientele that was very surprising. Scrambled eggs were green in the middle on a couple of occasions, so I gave them a miss. More broadly, at the end I was left unsure who they had in mind as a customer. Some aspects suggest an international business audience (but no shoe shine machine anywhere). Other features suggest a local family audience, but the breakfast suggests otherwise.

It’s a nice and cozy hotel. Overall I enjoyed staying here. A couple of areas this hotel can do to even be a better stay are: 1. Room doors don’t seem to block any noise from the hallway.. We literally could hear people opening and closing doors and could hear their conversations. 2. The breakfast was great! But we initially we were told it’s going to be in the restaurant area and then ended up in the rooms. I think better communication would’ve been useful. Again, the food was great and actually very affordable. A side note: I woke up with the sun in my eyes in the morning because the small bathroom window was basically aligned to the bathroom door and into the bed (not serious, but could be fixed perhaps)..

✓ I stayed for 20 nights and stayed for a long time, but it was very comfortable. The rooms are very clean and the building itself may not be new, but they are well maintained and cleaned. Oman may be poorly drained everywhere, sometimes overflowing from the drain, but it's okay if you don't drain it at once. Breakfast was also full of fruits, vegetables, omelets and chicken sausages with bread. At the hotel restaurant, it is also good to have menus that cannot be tasted at Japanese curry shops such as Kerala curry. Especially the mutton billiards are delicious with meat. The hotel cafe also has drinks that cannot be tasted in Japanese cafes such as saffron latte, and Kouf milk shake is especially recommended. ◦ Because it was a long stay, I also used cleaning at a discounted price. I was impressed by the high quality of the finish, even by the clean ironing. ◦ Since the kitchen is complete, you can also prepare your own meals, and at the YAS Market, which is about a 3-minute walk from the hotel, you can get cosmetics, clothing, perfumes, etc., such as food, seasonings, cooking utensils, moisturizers, etc., which is convenient. ◦ It's a little far from the so-called tourist attractions, but in addition to Fahad, who was introduced by the hotel, famous tourist attractions such as Matra and Old Muscat, I was able to visit the hot spring spot where footbath can be done, the spot of relaxation of the local 々, and Seeb Souq, and the place of color 々. It has a small lobby and restaurant but our room is spacious with nice decoration in blue. I enjoy studying in lobby even though it isn’t large. It is very clean quiet place to rest. The pool is fantastic to enjoy swimming with interesting view on fifth floor. I haven’t tried gym yet but I would like to go tomorrow. I like the cozy atmosphere. There isn’t many facilities or good resturants around but you can take a taxi with almost 1.5 oman currency to get Al moje that you find many.

Location right on the lively pedestrian zone at the harbor. Solid 4* hotel with outstanding service. Unfortunately, the rooftop bar is only open in the evenings.
