Cibo buono, servizio attento, personale cordiale. Ma la vera chicca è il cameriere Abdul...simpatico, attento,educato e disponibile... La pulizia delle stanze avviene un po' troppo presto... Bravo anche il barman Nicola. Una cosa che manca è un'area relax esterna con tavolino, ombrelloni e sedie dove poter prendere un aperitivo o rilassarti all'aperto godendo del panorama

Personale gentilissimo, che viene incontro a qualsiasi cosa succeda. Le stanze sono dotate anche di un piccolo frigorifero e poi le triple hanno due bagni e sono a due livelli, la persona di sopra ha il bagno a disposizione. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Dopo tanti anni vacanze in famiglia nelle bellissime Dolomiti, hotel carino, cibo buono e vario, personale cordiale e disponibile specialmente il ragazzo che si è preso cura di noi Abdel Rahman con cui abbiamo fatto anche delle belle risate.. unica cosa da cambiare è la piscina che è aperta solo in inverno...e magari qualche prodotto locale nella colazione(come magari marmellate, burro, ecc).

Decisamente un ottimo albergo, confortevole e accogliente, con ampie stanze. Abbiamo apprezzato la qualità, varietà e abbondanza del cibo insieme alla gentilezza di tutto il personale in particolare di Abdel Rahman, che ci ha servito.

Situato nel cuore delle dolomiti tra Corvara e Arabba. L'hotel era molto carino la camera era luminosa,spaziosa e funzionale. Il personale è stato molto attento e gentile in particolare Abdel rahman il ragazzo che ci ha servito al tavolo, molto educato e premuroso. Hotel Consigliatissimo

Hotel molto bello in particolare le camere, con spazio separato dal letto matrimoniale che diventa un altro letto sopratutto per i bimbi vista stelle e montagna. Personale pulizie perfetto. Personale cucina bravo e ottimo cibo, maitre direttore di sala molto preciso e attento ha coordinato sempre tutti con perfetto tempismo e dato alternative GF molto buone, camerieri gentili e presenti in particolare Aziza e Abdel Rahman. Unici aspetti migliorabili: non aver potuto provare spa e piscina di cui si può usufruire solo in inverno e colazione sicuramente da arricchire.

Siamo stati accolti con grande calore. Il cibo, la struttura sono ottime ma la differenza è data del personale. E' difficile trovare personale così gentile e qualificato. Sono stata trattata benissimo, coccolata sempre con cibi adatti al mio problema di intolleranza.

Uno dei pochi hotel meritevoli di 5 stelle per cucina, pulizia, cortesia e professionalità. Posizione tranquilla per un relax completo. Fare 500 km per ritornare nello stesso hotel ? In questo caso lo abbiamo fatto : ne vale la pena! Grazie a tutto lo staff : Michela, Abdul, Aziza, Rachid . Loro fanno la differenza rispetto a tante strutture. Ve ne siamo grati . Renzo e Lucia

Hotel grifone, storico hotel e in ottima posizione. Va sempre bene e il prezzo è giusto. Camere belle, servizio navetta comodo durante la stagione invernale, armadietti porta sci scarponi riscaldato, ristorante e sala bar bella. Da rinnovare le sedie e i copri sedia nella sala pranzo, sono quelle di una volta è ora di cambiate stile . Per il resto va tutto bene e ci tornerei.
