We extended our stay because we enjoyed the resort very much. You can get good value for a river cruise and forest trek from tuk tuk drivers outside the resort

Me and my husband had a blast stay at Haile resort Arbaminch. The staff were unbelievably amazing. They were so nice, pleasant and well mannered. They went above and beyond for us to have a wonderful stay. Eden at breakfast area, she put all her efforts to make our stay and anniversary a wonderful time. She was very attentive to details of our needs and provided it with out mentioning it. TheDining manager Ephrem was a wonderful guy helping us out in every dining experience we had. Chef Tegene was very helpful serving the best cuisine with his team. He went above and beyond to make our culinary experience very pleasant. Getasew at the front desk was was very helpful of every request we had. He helped us finding the best itinerary and accommodation at Arbaminch. Above all all the staff members were very helpful and kind to help.

Have stayed at many hotels in Ethiopia, among them Skylight, Sheraton, Hilton, Haile Adama and Haile Hawassa. Overall the service and quality of food and staff are outstanding at Haile Arba Minch and superior to all the other hotels I mentioned. The staff just go out of their way repeatedly to be incredibly friendly, proactive and genuinely hospitable and kind. From having macchiatos made with our initials to a lovely cake for our anniversary, to having tables reserved for us without us asking, it is just unheard of service. And the icing on the cake was our last morning where the staff brought us a going away cake that simply said "thank you"! Wow, that is my first time ever to be thanked in such a way. All of the staff were amazing, but the star of the show was Eden the hostess in the dining area. She was consistently helpful, proactive and clearly loves her job and is a customer service natural. Honorable mention to the dining supervisor Ephrem and the front desk manager Getasew. Random staff in hallways smile and greet you. It is the most welcoming experience ever.

This was a good experience, the staff was excellent and we had a great time here in Haile resort,Everyone in the staff was really excellent they were helping us on everything we needed, so thank you for this experience Haile resort and the staff were really excellent like Eden and her crew, they were everywhere they were helping everyone they were checking on everyone if there food was great and she was very kind not only her but Aklilu and his crew they were helping us whatever you told them they will do it quickly and they were reserving for everyone who had a room because people from outside had half of the restaurant so they were a great experience.From:Wondwossen family

We had a very amazing experience. The service was also amazing. There was also many types of food, especially the fish. And overall the resort was very big and had many activities to do. The rooms were also very clean. They are very welcoming people.

Absolutely loved my stay at Haile Resort! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and comfortable, and the breakfast and food in general was delicious. The hotel is also perfectly located for exploring the city. Highly recommend!"

The rooms are very nice and comfortable and they had good food options for Ethiopian and other types of cuisines. We went as a large group with our family and the resort was very friendly greeting us everywhere we went and being overall friendly, they were very cooperative for our plan during the stay as we didn’t stay for long yet the resort fit us in and helped us use our time efficiently by taking us to many sightings in one day make our stay efficient. It was overall a good stay.
