Fire alarm went off at 1am first day and 8 am the next. I asked if they get charged by the fire department. I was told the guest pays for it. Either they happen to have a lot of guests doing inappropriate things or a faulty system.

It was peaceful. I would recommend the TV services provide a channel guide it was difficult to find shows during down time. Maybe provide instructions for accessing the extra HMDI ports to watch YouTube from a laptop through the hotel TV. The bagel toaster works on one half of the appliance may replace it. Employees were great to interact with and were able to answer my questions about the area since I wasn't familiar with it. Location was nice and convient too.

Fast check in, comfortable beds, clean room and bathroom, good shower. More or better lights in the room would be better. Free parking, coffee/tea 24/7. Breakfast okay - not great.

Upon arrival we were confronted with a musty smelling, and overall rundown place. The carpet in the lobby was majorly stained and needed urgent vacuuming and shampooing.After inspecting the assigned room where we also found the carpet stained and in front of the dresser ripped/discolored, we decided to cancel the reservation. Front desk staff on the other hand was very friendly and accommodating.

This place is in terrible need of a remodel! Especially the common areas. Beware that there is no elevator either! I have knee injury so this was pretty terrible news when I arrived and we had second floor rooms. The rooms were ok- clean but the AC barely worked. The lobby and hallways reeled of **** smoke as well.
