Well located, quite clean, the parking is outside on the side of the hotel, a very safe area, apparently there was no problem, check-in is something special, they leave the room keys in a safe outside the hotel.

Very basic hotel, but with everything you need to rest after the hiking routes. Very quiet and central. I would ask that the TV be a little bigger, it looks like a toy. Value for money is good.

We had a reservation for December 5, we made it through the booking application, the day before the trip a family member tested positive for covid, so I requested the cancellation of the reservation free of charge to the management and their response was administrative silence then I decided to call personally and what was my surprise... that they didn't give me the option of anything, only that it was what I had contracted, I think that education and putting yourself in other people's shoes is the first thing we should have found in this very situation. complicated that we are living. We were not refunded the reservation money even in the circumstances we are in. I am one of the people who thinks that we must support rural tourism and now more than ever, but the person in charge of the establishment didn't care about the covid, she only cared about the money.
