At a first glance hotel was pleasant, decorated nicely & clean. However no hot water on the first day we asked for someone to check it whom he said it’s broken, maintenance will be in tomorrow to fix it. 4 days later still nobody has fixed the shower and we’re still having cold showers. Room hasn’t been cleaned in that time either although stated it would be every other, no clean towels, no toilet roll, no water to drink (even if paid for) Tours are extremely expensive through this hotel so advise to to research elsewhere for cheaper options. Building works going on which blew dust into the room and covering our clothes/bags & bed. Screaming little kids with no respect for other guests outside the bedroom window at 6am after politely asking them to move along and be quieter they stayed and continued to shout. Buffet breakfast is gone unless you get there before start time (7am) and limited food allowed - don’t eat the pancakes either couldn’t be rawer if the chef tried. Wifi non existent on 3rd floor, Only positive is the pillows were comfy.

Me alojé en este hotel 8 días. Check-in: solo pagó en efectivo. Muy eficiente. Tómese 1 minuto Sin ascensor, pero mi maleta pesada estaba en la habitación, en el piso de la calle 1 en 10 segundos. Habitación muy limpia con aire acondicionado silencioso. Gran baño con ducha de agua caliente. Podría hacer con una alfombra de baño afuera. El piso es de madera pulida, muy agradable pero resbaladizo. Gran vista a una piscina grande y bien cuidada. Como bonus limpiar spapool adyacente. El desayuno buffet es bueno y amplio pero no llega tarde. No hay cereales para el desayuno. Cena: buena variedad, pero podría esperar un poco. Los domingos solo hay 1 cocinero. La piscina está muy bien cuidada y limpia. Los tricículos están en la puerta y te llevan a todas partes. A partir de PHP 100.

The staff were very friendly and the room i had was spacious with air con and a hot shower unlike most south east Asia hotels . Location was good everything is in walking distance or you can get a cheap tuktuk down to the beach . The chicken do like to wake you up at 4am but this was not an issue as a nice walk to beach to watch the sunrise was a beautiful way to start the day

On the third morning, I went to the hotel buffet breakfast and chose another flavor. After dinner, we went to the hotel beach to play. The hotel provided free kayaking for half an hour. We also caught sea cucumbers, which were so thick. The locals told us that we could eat them, but unfortunately there was no way to process them. If the hotel could provide processing, How good it is like in China. In the evening, you can take the hotel staff's speedboat out of the island, and you can get a tuk-tuk bus at the door. If you can talk to two hundred people, he can take you to Mobao Town, eat and go shopping, and ask him to wait for you and take you back for the same price. Very happy.
After staying for three days, I was bitten by a flea on the first night, and it only bit me. It was in bed because I always had extra red spots on my body the next morning. It is hoped that management in this area will be strengthened.
Everything else is satisfactory. The only drawback is that the flea bites make me itchy.

A lovely isolated venue to get away from it all and soak up the sounds of the sea. The studio rooms are good, although the beds could do with a headboard- a few times I woke up with the pillars on the floor behind the bed. The pool is small, but adequate and there are plenty of other spaces to chill out and bathe in solitude. The shoreline is very tidal and you don’t get to water above knee height until you get over 100 metres out, but, once you get to deep water there is a very impressive reef with lots of fish and even sharks- of the safe variety. The food is of a reasonable standard, but it’s a limited menu and after 3 days, I think I had covered everything I could possibly eat. I do recommend the shrimp curry. Breakfasts were very good. There is work to do in customer service here- although the staff are very cooperative and pleasant, there are not many smiles shown and they seem to be a bit stuck in their ways and timelines. Requesting to have dinner at 7.30pm seemed an issue, as they came knocking on our door at 7.20pm and the food was already out! Playing pool with another couple until 9pm seemed an irritation to them and a request to have breakfast at 7.30am instead of the usual 8am start fell on deaf ears as we sat there from 7.30am until 8am when breakfast was then served..,, no big deal, but this place could be amazing with some thought and planning on making the facilities and staff as well as the location fantastic too.

Structure located in Moalboal in a very active area where the bars are open until late night. Perfect location. Near restaurants, bars, beach of Panagsama. The coral barrier and sardines are located just in front of the structure. Diving school. Great for those who love snorkeling and diving. Open reception not 24 hours on 24. They accept payment with credit card. Free Wi-Fi connection available throughout the facility. At request, they organize transfers with private cars with driver and excursions. Basdaku beach also called White beach a few km away. Available with tuk tuk. It is recommended for those who are looking for a building in the centre of Moalboal with a diving school, but also for those who want to relax on the beach of Panagsama.

__oliverh_Love Argao in general, not too touristy, not too quiet. Seabeeeze is a great place to stay. Things could be improved:

The standard room is like a steel structure. The room is very poor. The light sleep is carefully selected. The hotel service is very good. The restaurant is good for eating and eating.
