The facilities are relatively old, and the high-temperature air conditioner in Zakynthos is broken at a temperature of 30 degrees. It gives us a conclusion that we don't know when it will be repaired. The room is like a sauna.

On arrival our first impressions were good, but unfortunately our week staying here was disappointing. We booked a room in My Club, the room was lovely as was the view overlooking the sea. However, if you have mobility issues as my wife does you will struggle moving around the hotel as steps are steep and there are no lifts. The food was ok but it was the same. There was no traditional authentic Greek food, which was a real shame. In the end we were so bored with the food that we eat at local tavernas nearby. As we were members of my club it meant that we had access to our own pool area. This was nice, but many of the loungers were old and broken. I felt sorry for other guests who were crammed around the other pool area with not enough sun loungers for the number of guests. What annoyed me was the hotel did not police its own policies. It said guests should not put towels on loungers to reserve them. However, every morning guests were seen putting towels on loungers as early as 6am. Also they did not police guests who used my club facilities when they had not paid. This hotel could be so good but it needs to look at itself and decide what it wants to be. This is my own opinion and I am sure people love this sort of place. We will not be returning but I wish the hotel and its wonderful staff who are the stars a great future.

Not sure the accommodation can be 4*. Stayed for 10 nights. - Our room was twin beds instead of a double, but the hotel was fully booked. Our room was along a service road at the side of the hotel, not ideal for early morning delivery slamming of doors etc. That is when you aren't woken up by the fire alarm going off. This happened early morning twice during our stay. Our bathroom was a wet room with a huge crack in the sink & the shower riser being held up by what looked like a plaster. The drainage smelt fairly bad. Maybe because of the septic tanks outside. - The food got to be monotonous after day 6. Breakfast was the same every day. It would have been nice to have some berries to go with the greek yoghurt. Lunch and dinner were ok but on a 7 day loop. The restaurant visit was the best food we ate all week at the resort. - The development itself needs some TLC. There was a dripping pipe outside for the entire stay, fire hose door being kept shut with a beer mat. Things that need repairing being left. - The pool was literally covered in towels before sunrise..... but a very nice pool with loungers in the shallow. - The staff we found to be the saving grace for the stay. All polite and helpful, shout out to Tony at the bar. - Entertainment every night, but on a loop. The best were Band Fiction.

Really lovely holiday. Weather mid to high 20s so just right. Room clean, staff so friendly. Food great, fresh salads, variety meant something different each of the 7 nights we stayed. Entertainment was of a very high standard especially Echo Bliss and Bboy. Roxana's positive energy made the pilates and aqua gym fun! Would definitely revisit this hotel.

Goed hotel vriendelijk en lief personeel vooral de dames aan de frontdesk het barpersoneel en in het restaurant erg vriendelijke mensen. In Aluasoul zakynthos word je niet gezien als toerist maar als gast en das een wereld van verschil. Fantastisch eten zeer gevarieerd 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼

Unable to get sunbeds for two days of our visit, when you are paying a lot of money for a resort and are unable to use the facility's that it offers as there are not sunbeds it's annoying. We didn't know what to do, and we can't go into the member area because it's exclusive. What were we supposed to do. On one of the days of being in the pool I reached to being in there for some reason, not sure if they hadn't checked their levels in the pool. The drinks machines were broken in the restaurant a multiple times through the visit, only dispensing flat drinks. There was mould in the bathroom, and a large cracked tile. A nail sticking out of a picture frame too.

Hotel was lovely , Definitely not a 4* Easy book in at reception , no bottle of free wine in the room , not that I’m that disappointed as the wine was like drinking your own p*** lol. Staff were all lovely , Nikos, Tony , Alexander from the bars and the girls Maria and Dem from the Spa were amazing . Food was mediocre, way too many flies and wasps landing on the food all day and all night . We had a gorgeous sea view room as part of our package , my favourite club . This would have been an extra €50 per day per person which was totally overpriced as the only extra you had was a different colour towel and the use of the infinity pool . You lost the use of your legs once you dipped them in it was like an ice bath . No beach , you had to get in from a very tired falling apart jetty. Zante is a beautiful place but not a lot to do in tragaki .

The hotels location is ideal on Zakynthos, it is a short transfer from the airport and the location is perfect to explore and experience the whole island. The hotel feels secluded and special, the rooms are clean and well looked after, the staff made our holiday though, they are always happy to serve and look after your needs, they work so hard and make it all so special. The food is amazing, the selection of local and regional food is just right. The food is always hot and fresh and flavoured just right! The pools are amazing and the beach nearby is lovely. Our holiday was perfect and we will be happy to return and tell others to stay there.

Loveliest treatments by Dimitra. Very professional service. I felt calm and relaxed. Maria is very helpful and will help you choose your treatments. All the staff are friendly and speak English. The products are.lovely. I would recommend multiple treatments during your holiday.
