Having used the Ibis Styles brand in the past on business we thought we'd give the Arlon one a try while making our way to Austria - we were not disappointed. The hotel is relatively new and is spotlessly clean. The rooms were of a generous size and well equipped. We took advantage of the in-house restaurant and the food was very good and reasonably priced. The room rate includes breakfast and this was also comprehensive. Service overall was good and Sebastien on Reception was very informative. Given its close proximity to the E25 Charleroi-Luxembourg autoroute it made a fine overnightstay having left Calais at 13.00 the same day. We would certainly recommend.

Netjes en mooi hotel. Ruime kamer, schoon en netjes. We hebben ook in het restaurant gegeten dat was prima. Het ontbijt is basic maar prima. Het is goed te doen bij zeer warme dagen. Bedden slapen goed, geen aanmerkingen op dit hotel. Buiten is het wat rommelig en nodigt niet uit om daar te zitten.

Je ne comprend pas quand on fait une réservation que l' on peu encore vous proposer autre chose quand vous arrivez, d' une réservation une chambre avec un lit double, on me demande si je voulais deux chambres puis après on m' en propose une avec lit séparer... Deuxièmement , rien sur le site de l'hôtel n' est signalé sur le fait qu il n'y est pas d'ascenseur , un grand escalier pour arriver sur le palier et un petit pour redescendre vers les chambres avec quelques souci de dos c'est un peu pénible mais bon passons Une des chose qui m'a as le plus déranger de suivre les travaux en cours, franchement ça serais honnête de prévenir , désagrément de bruit au matin , etc.. Puis les verres en plastique dans les chambres et les bol en plastique au petite déjeuné , ça fait tache , c' est vraiment dommage car les chambres sont spacieuses , il y a la clim , c'est propre, le petit déjeuner et plus que correct vue qu ils est compris dans le prix ...
