Very good hotel with excellent service. I had booked the standard quadruple room, but when we got there, we realized that the air conditioning was quite noisy and the room had a musty smell. I spoke at reception and we were promptly upgraded to the quadruple comfort room, this one with split air conditioning, completely silent and the room was very cozy, chalet style. Excellent breakfast and perfect service.
I recommend it for families, but pay attention to the type of room because of the small problem mentioned above.

Hotel incrível! Quarto confortável, funcionários super educados e atenciosos. Boa localização fica perto da praia de ferradura e do centro. Piscina excelente, muita variedade no café da manhã. Com certeza voltarei outras vezes!

Decepcionante.
Em geral, as pousadas em Búzios estão necessitando de muitas reformas. Acreditei que por pagar 650 reais em um diária, estaria numa pousada diferenciada. Mas as cortinas estavam bem sujas, assim como a cabeceira da cama, os led do ar condicionado não apaga e o banheiro é separado do quarto por tijolos transparentes. Quando o dia amanhece, a claridade entra toda dentro do quarto.

Hotel bem ruim
O hotel tem tudo pra ser incrível porque o espaço é enorme, bem arborizado e muito bem localizado.
Entretanto o quarto que ficamos era extremamente úmido, com cheiro de mofo e sujo. A roupa de cama tinha um cheiro horrível, parecia que não tinha sido trocada. Fora que ao fazer a reserva a descrição do quarto dizia que seriam duas camas de solteiro e mais uma cama de casal e quando chegamos tinha uma cama de casal e uma de solteiro bem afastada, o que pra nós era péssimo pois temos duas crianças pequenas e tivemos que nos espremer na cama de casal.
O café da manhã é bem fraco também e, tirando o que é comprado pronto, como o pão, a manteiga e os queijos, o que é feito no hotel é bem ruim e a variedade é bem pequena.
A única coisa boa do hotel é a piscina, de resto não gostamos de nada.

Confortável, mas precisando de uma renovação nas suites conforto. Estão com cheiro de mofo. Limpeza ok. Restaurante deixa a desejar. Alguns atendentes do restaurante e limpeza sem paciencia com os hóspedes. Muito caro para uma experiencia razoável.

Hotel muito bom para quem vai com a família, principalmente crianças, relativamente perto de td, mesmo quem está c carro aconselho ir p rua das pedras e praia de Uber, fica baratinho, o café da manhã muito satisfatório p categoria do hotel, almocei e jantei c meu filho de 11 anos, comida deliciosa...funcionários da recepção, cozinha, do café da manhã extremamente cordiais com os hospedes, única coisa q tenho de ponto fraco é a piscina muito pequena, a foto parece ser maior.
Se voltar à Búzios, com certeza ficarei no mesmo hotel, recomendo tbm.

Hotel com bom custo benefício
Hotel OK, bem localizado, café da manhã ok, nada demais. O único porém aqui foi que a caixa de som da piscina me incomodou no Domingo às 9:30 da manhã e o barulho no andar de cima(passos e descarga do vazo). No mais bom custo benefício.
