Very good hotel with excellent service. I had booked the standard quadruple room, but when we got there, we realized that the air conditioning was quite noisy and the room had a musty smell. I spoke at reception and we were promptly upgraded to the quadruple comfort room, this one with split air conditioning, completely silent and the room was very cozy, chalet style. Excellent breakfast and perfect service.
I recommend it for families, but pay attention to the type of room because of the small problem mentioned above.

Excelente hotel,desde su ubicación ( a mi entender a minutos de la playa más amena de Buzios, Ferradura)sus instalaciones,servicios y personal. Muy buen desayuno,limpieza y empatía con el turista. El mozo del restaurante un capo, siempre de buen humor y atento a nuestras necesidades Los chicos de la recepción abiertos a ayudar.

Tudo muito bem higienizado e arrumado. Ótimo atendimento e receptividade. Quarto super aconchegante, roupas de camas limpas e café da manhã espetacular. Recomendo e voltarei mais vezes. É bem pertinho da praia, pertinho do centro... Tudo perfeito !!!

O quarto da área inferior tem muito cheiro de mofo, não conseguimos ficar, mudamos para os da parte superior com sacada, a limpeza deixa a desejar, pelos e cabelos nas paredes e nas camas, teias de aranha, maçaneta suja, o café da manhã é excelente, as demais áreas precisam melhorar.

Amamos nossa estadia nesse hotel! Comemorei meu aniversário com minha família lá e foi um dos melhores aniversário da minha vida. Estive muitas vezes em Búzios em outras hospedagens e essa ficará no meu top 3 com toda certeza. Destaque para o café da manhã MARAVILHOSO com variedades de bolos, pães , sucos e frutas. Café passado e café de máquina onde podemos escolher entre capuccinos, chocolate e variedades de café. Todos os funcionários muito simpáticos e abertos a ajudar. Aproveitamos muito a piscina e música ao vivo na área de piscina. Quarto grande , com cama grande e ainda disponibilizaram um berço pro meu bebê sem custo adicional. Preço das bebidas do bar justo e as refeições do restaurante muito bem servidas que podem 2 comerem tranquilamente. Espaço verde, muito agradável com passarinhos e mico podemos contemplar na hr do café.

Hotel excelente!! Acabei ganhando um up-grade e ficamos em um quarto com varanda no segundo andar. A vista é linda!! O café da manhã tb é muito bom!! E dá pra ir a pé até a praia da ferradura, que por sinal é um espetáculo!! Com certeza voltarei outras vezes!!!
