I recently stayed at this hotel for two nights, and it was the worst hotel experience I've ever had. As an Australian travel agency owner, I feel compelled to WARN others about this disaster. We paid for a high room category, and during my stay, a part of the accent wall fell in, injuring my foot while I was working. This incident exposed electrical wires and caused the DVD player to crash to the floor. Shockingly, there was no manager or responsible person present during our entire stay to address this DANGEROUS situation. Despite sending six emails, I received NO RESPONSE. It's clear there's no manager at this hotel. Breakfast doesn't start until 8:30 AM, even though most tours leave between 7:30 and 8:00 AM. Breakfast was ready at 7 AM, but we were only offered a pathetic cheese and ham sandwich. This hotel does not deserve its 4 or 4.5-star rating. Besides the wall incident, there was a persistent sewage smell in the premium room we booked. The only response I received was from someone named Loreena, who addressed this issue once with no follow-up. The gardens may look beautiful, but the hotel and staff are FAR FROM IT. What happened to me was DANGEROUS, and my foot is still not healed. I tried to contact management, but both email addresses they provided bounced back. This confirms my suspicion that there is NO MANAGER overseeing this property. For anyone considering this hotel, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND looking elsewhere. There are many other options in Búzios, and I GUARANTEE you will have a better experience. Save yourself the hassle and STAY AWAY from this place. To make matters worse, the handyman came to our room, took the piece of the wall, and said he needed more tools to fix it. HE NEVER RETURNED. This review is based on the manager's deceiving response, whoever the manager may be. I was advised that management would be waiting for me upon checkout to discuss, but no one was there. I have stayed at many hotels during my business trip to Brazil and left 5-star reviews for all but this property. Photos are evident.

O Hotel é tranquilo e cheio de alugares aconchegantes pra vc passar o dia. Não da vontade de sair. Tudo mto bem cuidado, o atendimento impecável, todos super gentis. A gastronomia excelente. O hotel tambem oferece muitas experiencias que vale a pena experimentar.

A pousada é um verdadeiro paraíso, cercada pela beleza natural e a tranquilidade que tanto procurávamos. Os quartos são espaçosos, bem decorados e extremamente confortáveis, proporcionando uma estadia relaxante. A limpeza é impecável, e todos os dias encontrávamos nosso quarto arrumado com cuidado e capricho. O café da manhã é um destaque à parte, com uma variedade incrível de opções deliciosas, desde frutas frescas até pães e bolos caseiros. Além disso, o restaurante da pousada oferece refeições deliciosas, com pratos que agradam todos os gostos. As áreas comuns da pousada são igualmente encantadoras. A piscina é perfeita para relaxar e aproveitar o sol, e o jardim ao redor é lindamente cuidado, criando um ambiente sereno e agradável. A localização também é excelente, a poucos minutos da praia e de pontos turísticos famosos de Búzios. O que realmente fez a diferença foi o atendimento atencioso e cordial de toda a equipe. Sempre prontos para ajudar e garantir que nossa estadia fosse perfeita, todos os funcionários demonstraram um verdadeiro compromisso com a satisfação dos hóspedes. O hotel tem uma ótima localização. Os funcionários são sempre solícitos a nos atender. Quarto sempre limpo quando solicitamos a limpeza (há uma placa a ser colocada na porta) e toalhas novas. Sem falar na área da piscina e para eventos que é deslumbrante.
