Excellent breakfast and location. The SPA was useless, and there was no such notice in the reservation, which disappointed me, because SPA is one of the differences in choosing a hotel. The walls of the room are very thin. You can listen to the room next door. There is a problem with the shower resistance and there is no heating. In our room, another room has a balcony. Due to the wind, the chairs are swaying and making noise. Difficult to fall asleep.

The hotel is incredible,it only sinned in two items that were not in the room, mirrors and place to leave the beach clothes to dry,in the lack of sun everything is in the bathroom without place to hang the parts.And essential mirror in the room and had no.But finally. The rest of the hotel was very wonderful.

well located, great view, with good infrastructure and services. There is a van that takes guests to some beaches. breakfast changes the menu a little, but everything is very tasty and beautifully presented.. but it is not a place accessible to people with mobility difficulties

Large rooms, almost no artificial lighting, public areas are very new and complete, and a wide variety of breakfasts. Due to the small number of people affected by the pandemic, the food ordering service in the pool area takes a long time. Room cleaning will only be carried out on the 01 day of the 3 nights of the 5 nights we requested to stay in the hotel. The parking system adopts a first-come, first-served principle. In peak season, there is no parking space suitable for everyone. The employees are receptive and helpful, which greatly improves the customer's awareness of a good experience.

The service at the pool by the waiters, especially Danilo, deserves a round of applause. The menu has fair prices for different tastes and dishes. Everything very delicious. Don't forget to try the super filling shrimp pastry and the sun-dried meat with cassava. We didn't like the noise from the air conditioning, and the service from the reservations department, staff who were harsh in their responses. Excellent pool. Location note 1000

We stayed here for three nights at the end of a two week tour of Brazil. Peter and his young colleagues on reception couldn’t have been more friendly despite the language barrier, which he overcame with smiles, sign language, some English, some French and Google Translate - all great fun. OK, so the room was in need of a decorative refresh, but it was clean, the AC and TV worked and we had a functioning fridge. We had a hammock outside and the cabin was perfectly comfortable. Breakfast was pretty standard hotel fare - but appetising enough and nicely presented. We were bed and breakfast only and ate our other meals in Búzios which is a brisk twenty minute walk, or an inexpensive Uber ride away. The hotel is in a pretty location and the beach is only five minutes away down a track. The bar is bottled and cans, as the management seem to assume (correctly) that most people will go into Búzios to eat and drink. We really liked the place, it had charm and the staff were lovely.

The service of all the staff is great, you will be welcomed at first and very friendly. In addition, the facilities are clean and comfortable, simple but make you feel at home. The swimming pool and garden are well maintained. Only breakfast that deserves more attention in food refrigeration. Some fruits are hot, like watermelons, but other than that, everything else is great. The parking lot can accommodate 3 parking spaces. My assessment will be considered at the Villa Valentina Hotel. (I booked a room in Vila Pitanga, but due to logistical errors, I moved to Villa Valentina. Even if I changed the hotel, I didn’t have any headaches or problems. All very good To eat, I recommend closing your eyes. I plan to return and take away more family members.

Digo surpreendente pois pelo valor que pagamos na alta temporada, eu não tinha grandes expectativas, mas elas foram superadas com sucesso! Ao chegarmos na pousada nos deparamos com um cheiro maravilhoso, tudo muito limpinho, o café da manhã me deixou apaixonada, muito variado e o chá da tarde como uma cortesia foi incrível também. A cordialidade do funcionário Douglas foi o que mais nos encantou, era aniversário do meu marido e gostaríamos de curtir um pouco mais, ele prontamente prolongou a nossa estadia com muita boa vontade e sempre solicito e simpático, ficamos impressionados com a infraestrutura do lugar e simpatia dos funcionários, voltaremos sempre! 🤎🙏🏽
