Chambre pour une personne assez petite, mais confortable, séjour tranquille, seul bémol, l’Internet est parfois difficile d’accès. Très bon petit déjeuner, j’ai aussi pris mon repas du soir là et c’était très correct. Le personnel est gentil et attentif.

Das Hotel war leider eine absolute Katastrophe. Wir haben das Hotel online mit Halbpension gebucht. Bei unserer Ankunft haben wir uns erklären lassen, was alles in der Halbpension inbegriffen ist. Daraufhin bekamen wir die Auskunft, dass alkoholfreie Getränke komplett inklusive seien. An unserem vorletzten Abend eröffnete man uns dann, dass das doch nicht gelte und wir ja eh so viel getrunken hätten (2 Getränke pro Person) und dass wir uns das ja wohl hätten denken können, da der Preis ja sonst absolut nicht tragbar wäre. Man drohte uns sogar damit die Polizei zu rufen, als wir sagten, dass wir es nicht einsehen würden, dass die Regelung im Laufe unseres Aufenthalts geändert wurde. Das Zimmer war sehr klein für 2 Personen und einen Hund und nicht klimatisiert und daher im Sommer unerträglich. Beim Abendessen gab es wenig Auswahl, das Frühstück war in Ordnung - der Kaffee leider ungenießbar. Wir sind einen Tag eher abgereist als geplant, da uns die Streitigkeiten mit der Rezeption sehr verärgert haben und man uns seit dem Augenblick beim Essen auch ignoriert hat.

On arriving we were a bit worried as the outside looked very dated . But inside was very clean bright and modern . Lots of spaces to sit down in the open areas . Staff friendly and a couple good with English speaking . The grounds are very pretty with a big page to walk round . List of ducks and fishing . Beautiful sun rise . Rooms were very small but compact with everything you needed . Lovely Cindy beds . Extra pillows . Lovely bathroom with a bath and shower . Towels tea coffee etc . U don’t get much coffee so may be check and get more pods . Dinner was ok . Nothing flashy but enough choices to see you through . The only downside for me at least is I can’t eat gluten and don’t eat meat and breakfast was all bread cakes cereal back. And sausage . Not great . So don’t be excited . I would 100% go back as the location is perfect .

On arrival the hotelooked great the entrance tidy the lobby very was neat and tidy. As soon as we arrived we saw Children jumping out of windows then climbing back through it every few minutes. Making a noise so we asked for another room where we could rest. They accommodated us and moved us to a different room once which had no Internet though on the upside the room had nice views overlooing the back of the hotels lake.

The room was big,clean had everything we need. The bath was clean good shower and also big bed one each, were really comfortable did not what to get out of it. Good parking which was free the experience was good and area quiet if I was going back it would be there.

Zeer goed hotel, heel mooi gerenoveerd, goede kamers met alle voorzieningen, gezinskamers, dikke handdoeken, vriendelijk personeel, prima restaurnt, fijne en veilige locatie voor een reis met de Eurotunnel, ruime parkeergelegenheid

We stopped here on our return from Germany and was pleased with our choice. I had seen some good reviews and some not so good. Well from our experience I can only say it was great , welcome on reception, tick, rooms tick, beds and sleep , tick, restaurant tick , waiting staff , tick , parking tick I think that sums up my review - brill , thanks BW Du Lac
