Excellent stay as always, courteous staffs always there for you to serve better from last time. Little disappointment with buffet breakfast menu, but every thing gets placed if u order to chef.

Excellent service from the Reception staffs, Very courteous restaurant staffs. All special requests was very well attended and taken care. Food was the best I have had compared to other premium resorts. Room cleaning was as expected & well attended to the needs. Thank you Team👍🏻.

The experience was so poor from starting we entered no profession nothing staff need be prepared for more professional work how they need to talk to guest they took payment before the treatment only. We entered the treatment room the therapist was not explaining us properly it’s look like we are in day spa. The price was more compared to treatment room massages and explaination jaccuzi experience was not too good . While I was doing face down I saw something was kept down which was not highly maintained in the spa I don’t know therapist was aware of this or not .. this was not I’m looking for expecting best one but more disappointing thing is that they took payment before no consultation with us so they give us this types of services inside.. Anyway massage was ok

We are regular guests at RESORT RIO! Whenever we as a family choose goa, resort rio is all we decide on without having any other option. Thats the kind of hospitality we love from them that makes us choose resort rio everytime. Our resort rio visits are every 3 months.Mr Francisco, Mr ashok, Tushar, Anthony, Shouvik have been so kind and caring. Loved the way they took immense care of us. Amazing food. They are fantabulous and professional. Anyone who really wants the best of everything in terms of stay and food, RESORT RIO it is!

It was overall a very nice experience at the resort. The buffet is good with plenty of options to choose from. The spa experience was decent too. The manager Francisco and staff were very attentive to our needs and made sure we had a great time!

Good service and rooms but food is very expensive. Almost 30% tax is charged for any food / drinks.
