엄마 모시고 오랜만에 다녀온 가족 온천 여행 이였는데, 이 호텔에 에약하길 잘한 것 같아요. 위치도 시내 한 복판이라 찾기 쉬웠고 주차장도 아주 넓어 주차도 편리했어요.
프론트에 계신 직원 분이 친절하게 설명해주셔서 온천도 잘 하고 1층에 편의점이 있어서 음료수 간식이나 구매도 수월했어요
온천장의 규모가 크지는 않았으나 물도 좋고 깨끗했어요 객실도 청결했고 난방조절이 잘 안되어서 프론트에 연락했더니 5분도 안돼서 오셔서 고쳐주고 가셨어요
가성비 좋은 호텔입니다 덕분에 즐거운 가족여행 이였어요 감사합니다.

호텔 내부도 넓고 특히 온천도 투숙객은 절반가격에 이용이 가능하여 매우 만족하오나 내부 이불에 먼지등이 많은 점이 좀 아쉬워요

무엇 때문에 예약변경을 진행했는지 궁금하군요. 호텔방이 추워서 감기에 걸린게 정상인가? 복도에서 떠드는 소리가 너무나도 자세하게 들려서 tv 볼륨을 높여야 한다면 1일 숙박에 약 10만원이 안되는 비용을 지불해야 하는 이유가 없을 것입니다. 호텔방문을 열자마자 보이는 화장실! 일방적인 예약변경이 되었을 때 취소를 못한 것이 후회가 됩니다.
