Shower flooded, bathroom did not have a fall to the drain and spilled out into the living area.
I could hear the other guests in their rooms, our neighbour had a full blown argument.
Tried contacting staff on Sunday morning however unable to get in contact with anyone regarding the above issues.
Won’t stay here again due to the noise levels and lack of privacy. If you don’t shut the curtain, you look straight into other people’s units. Bit rough when you get out of the shower displaying my body on full show.

Handy location, close to airport and dining options close by. Very helpful staff. Clean and comfy beds, a little dated but currently receiving a reno/facelift.

Hands down the best for location if going to the Doomben Races. Overall stay was pleasant and very affordable.

Both “Ascot” properties are easily confused. When I booked directly with Quest Ascot they refused a refund when I explained that I was in Perth and needed the ‘other’ Quest Ascot. No full or even partial refund even though the Quest Ascot (Qld) room was never touched (because we were in WA!!). Greedy and poor resolution. I can’t trust Quest branded properties (except Perth Airport 10/10).
