The staff at the front desk were very nice and introduced us to the tourist route of the ancient city. It is only a 5-minute walk from the famous church.

Location in the historic center a few steps from the famous church of San Francesco, the staff was very kind and very helpful in giving us directions/advice on what to visit and where to eat. Excellent breakfast! Very clean room! You cannot enter the center by car but there are several paid car parks available or I recommend a small car park near Porta San Giacomo.

Nós ficamos duas noites nesse hotel, reservamos dois quarto, estávamos em 3 adultos e quatro crianças. Tivemos um problema na estrada e por conta disso chegamos no hotel as 1:40 da madrugada, a recepção já estava fechada, qnd entramos em nossos quartos, vimos q só tinha acomodação para um total de 5 pessoas, duas crianças tiveram q dormir com a gente na primeira noite. No outro dia o atendente Fabio, que passa o tempo todo no celular, acredito que jogando, nos tratou muito mal, pediu que meus filhos saíssem da brinquedoteca, eles estavam brincando como normalmente brincam, não estavam fazendo nada mais, e ele se irritou. Mais tarde meu marido foi pedir água para ele, ele bufou por ter que se levantar. E hoje depois do check-out eu estava esperando meu marido trazer o carro para carregar as malas e nos buscar, meus filhos estavam brincando, sem fazer nada de mais tbm, quando derrepente ele para de mexer no celular e começa a gritar comigo falando q as crianças estão atrapalhando. Achei surreal o surto dele, pois eram crianças, não estavam exautadas, estavam brincando para passar tempo. Enfim, não voltarei! Quartos muito bons, café da manhã ruim.

Das Hotel Il Palazzo ist ideal gelegen - mittendrin, statt nur dabei - und alle Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants in Assisi sind fußläufig schnell erreicht. Die oberen Zimmer haben einen sensationellen Blick über das Tal, die Zimmer nach innen eher dunkel, aber schön ruhig. Das Frühstück ist gut, süß und herzhaft, je nach Geschmack inklusive Kuchen. Die Empfehlungen zu örtlichen Restaurants waren super, vielen Dank!

Excellent location-short walk to the St Francis Basilica. Close to great restaurants and shopping. Comfortable room and bed. The full breakfast offered many options and the service was amazing. I can’t say enough about the staff - so friendly and helpful. I very much appreciated the map and identification of the main attractions. Gracie melle Fabio for your assistance.
