The room we had was on the front near the entrance and the road is very busy. The room had no fan or air conditioning so we had to leave the windows open. We got very little sleep with noise from the street and people coming in. The shower had caused the bathroom door to warp as it sprayed water out the end. The fridge did not work. Staff were told but nothing changed. Breakfast was very plain and sparse. No refill on the water cooler or other food as it was used up. Pillows were not good.

Esperienza pessima sotto ogni aspetto:arriviamo in camera e manca la carta igienica,l’aria condizionata non si accende così apriamo una finestra e una persiana si sta staccando e rischia di cadere giù,chiamiamo la reception e ci mandano un manutentore che però dice che per sistemarla serve parecchio tempo così lasciamo stare. Facciamo la doccia e il soffione spruzza acqua da ogni parte e allaga il pavimento,il bagno è minuscolo e manca il bidet. Dopo aver cenato al ristorante andiamo al bar per una tisana e dopo un po’ un dipendente spunta insanguinato urlando bestemmie e imprecando contro un altro per averlo colpito. La mattina seguente scendiamo alle 10 meno 20 per la colazione che doveva essere fino alle 10 e troviamo poco e niente e la cameriera che porta via altre cose. In una parola l’hotel degli orrori.

I cannot tell you how brilliant this hotel is. Fantastic welcoming staff. Nothing is roo much trouble. Lovely room and a great garden menu. They accommodate also a,vegan menu. It's quiet with amazing views of the valley below assisi and an easy walk to shops and anywhere you want to go to ob assisi

Tra gli hotel più famosi di Assisi. Ubicato a metà strada tra il Duomo e la piazza principale è una struttura storica con uno strepitoso affaccio sulla collina umbra. le parti comuni sono di ambientazione classica le stanze sono arredate in maniera sobria e moderna. Il plus è il ristorante.

Ci sono stata tre volte in questo hotel. Le due volte precedenti mi è piaciuto tutto, tanto che ci sono tornata. Questa volta è stata, purtroppo, una delusione. Il personale resta sempre perfetto. Professionale, competente e disponibile. Ma la camera indecente per un quattro stelle. La porta scorrevole del bagno, di truciolato tutta rovinata nella parte sottostante, oltre a formiche, polvere e macchia di muffa.
