Nice welcoming by the team, I had luck to have a room with window that can be opened to get some fresh air. Despite the renovation that was ongoing it was quite and comfortable stay. Location was fine for me as my business meetings were close to the hotel and at the hotel, in the lobby bar.

Stayed here for a week on a work trip. The room was big, clean and everything worked. My big complaint- Why is there nowhere to put your clothes? There was a bar and about 10 hangers, but no drawers. I had thought the whole point of a hotel was to have somewhere to put your clothes. The beds are great, rooms clean, gym in good order and there's even a supermarket nearby, which is handy when it's -20°C with howling wind.

Returning to Kazakhstan after the years, was very special to me. I wanted to stay in the best hotel of all. Everything is outstanding with this hotel. The lobby is spectacular (it's a special moment when you pass through the doors -special big thanks to the doormen with all your kind smiles). The rooms are large and comfortable. The large walk-in closet is really useful (moreover when you're spending a week). The bathroom is very luxury. All the technology is working well and perfectly useful.And the bed was exquisite.I was immersed in the timeless elegance and luxury that this iconic hotel is known for. Perfection and excellence from the moment we entered the hotel. A warm welcome really set the scene for our stay special thanks to Aigerim ¡). Outstanding in every way and staff simply brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble for the hall porters, receptionists and waiting staff and so very glad that we had such a heavenly time. Room exquisite and all aspects of this charming hotel were fabulous. The room was stunning, the bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The marble bathroom was beautiful with large fluffy towels and lovely toiletries. The food at Ozen restaurant was beyond delicious and the service was impeccable. A very big thank you to the all of the staff as they made our stay a memorable occasion, just want to highlight the names: Nurai, Zhansaya and didn't ask his name, the manager from Karaganda ( only memorized his home place ). The central location allowed me to explore the city's attractions with ease, from Baiterek to Astana Opera. Dining at The Ritz Carlton Restaurant was a culinary journey, with impeccable service and gourmet cuisine. It's exceeded all my expectations, and I eagerly look forward to returning.

This time I stopped the room a bit dirty, there was no toothbrush, and the mattress was a bit stale. Nothing else, breakfast is very rich, the location is very convenient from the airport

This is a very new, clean hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good buffet breakfast. Rooms are small, but attractive. However there is very limited shelves or storage space if you travel with more than basic luggage. We were there in April and could not control the room temperature that was uncomfortably warm even with the window open.

It was nice to be able to see the hotel on foot as it is next to the main tourist attractions in the city~ There is a National Opera Theater and a restaurant behind the hotel. The grill&bar restaurant across the road from the opera house is steak, Ramen at Yuga Gimbap on the 3rd floor, recommended restaurants are Peek a boo Korean street food Korean restaurant has a variety of menus and I liked it the most ( Chamisul Soju and beer are available )

Hotel is good. It could be finished on it. If serious, then comments, largely not. Good rooms, very well-equipped staff, delicious breakfasts. Outside, something inexplicably resembles Turkish hotels, but it is subjective. I recommend.

Pros: -a stunning view of the city through panoramic windows (recommended for photo shoots😉, photo attached) -cleanliness -presence of a swimming pool -location: in the center, everything can be reached on foot, ideal for tourists. Near mall, supermarket. Cons: -in my room there was a door to another room (there is in the photo, behind the chair) which was not warned about.
