We lived at the hotel from August 15 to 19, room 615. From the first day of our stay, the air conditioner did not work! We contacted the administration, to no avail. The administrator said to contact until 18 pm, after this time they can not help. August is on the way! We suffered, did not sleep because of stuffiness. It is unrealistic to sleep with an open window, the hotel is located at a major intersection. Cars are honking, dogs are barking under the windows. The room is terrible audibility, you can hear the noise of the pipes. Also, there was not one curtain in the room, it was never brought to us in 4 days. We connected two curtains with a hairpin to close the windows. We came for work, it was important for us to have the Internet. But here - it's a miracle, if at least for a while he appears. I had to go to work at McDonald's. The hotel administration did not react to all our requests and comments, we were offered to move to a suite, since we do not like it, with an additional payment of 86 thousand tenge for 2 nights. This was the last straw. In the morning we decided to leave the hotel a day earlier, but we were not given a refund. However, the hotel does not provide any receipts. As a result, we strongly DO NOT recommend this hotel for a stay!
