Overall I had a disappointing experience, especially at this price level. The staff at the desk that I met were very helpful and it worth pointing that out, they were great and helped me with some important logistic stuff. The problems with the hotel though are many 1) breakfast very ‘flat’ ie food not feel fresh and coffee super bland, 2) room keys have problems - one has to try a number of times to open and sometimes need to get technician from downstairs to help, 3) pool and gym is a private gym next door - facilities are very good but a bit of a walk and does not have intimacy of hotel - so pros and cons there 4) small thing, the security guy at the door looks downright unfriendly and not help in the least bit with luggage. Overall the place feels like it has aged, it not invested in and not managed so well, but good individual staff. For this price , there are much better options.

Facilities: Complete facilities, relatively old Health: good Environment: There is a supermarket on the right when you go out The service was excellent The lake is frozen, and the traffic flowing back and forth on the bridge and the ice under the bridge form a beautiful scenery.

3 adult men were suggested to sleep in one King bed!!! Wow! We were really shocked how unfriendly the check in progress can be!!! The manager at the reception told us that they are lack of twin rooms. We were suggested to use one King bed for three of us!!!))) Can you really imagine this?!))) By the way, we are are 3 adult men, we are very friendly but we’re not eager to sleep all together. I’d like to remind that we payed the room for 3 adults and requested a twin bed and an extra bed.

The reception and room service staff provided the excellent service. Hotel was extremely comfortable, hygiene and clean. They provided us with early check in and late check out. Rooms were clean Every time we go outside.

Room is spacious, nice and clean. Location is pretty good with a supermarket and park nearby - can be reached within 10 minutes by walking. Staff are generally polite and friendly. Looking forward to staying here again the next time I visit Astana.

Room food service is not satisfactory. Menu does not match the real meals. The glass and spice dish were not covered. No napkin was offered. Soup with horse meat was too salty and cold. Please improve your food service...

The hotel lies. It does not have a pool and spa. It has access to the huge Gym that is a long way from the rooms, where is is a training pool with people having swimming lessons. It is not a 5 star hotel pool. You cannot get a drink there. The help in getting my partner access was poor. The room service was late and cold, and badly made and overpriced. They are understaffed. Only one person on reception during the key noon check out period and plenty of times when no one would answer the phone. There are many good hotels in Astana, this is not one. I would not spend a night here again even if it was offered free of cost. A truly bad experience. Just avoid and help yourself.

Having stayed in numerous of the international hotels in Astana I feel that the Radisson is one of the best and definitely the best value for money! Nice rooms, great breakfast and the fitness/leisure facilities are second to none - far above what you'd expect in a hotel. The staff were very friendly and courteous, and were attentive to our individual requirements. There are 3 nice bars and several places to eat. The location is very central with many good restaurants, bars and attractions within walking distance. The hotel has use of the "world class" fitness centre meaning access to a fully equipped gym, classes, a proper swimming pool with saunas etc and facilities for children to play (including staff to look after them). The hotel is very reasonably priced also, including the room service and bar. Hotel is good enough but with very slow service at a bar and no recognition of loyality cards. I am a gold card holder, but was not given the services included in the level. Massage was awesome in 2018 or 2019 but this time it was about nothing memorable. No gift for Radisson Gold level no upgrade.

My second visit to Radisson Astana, love location and people. Outdated furniture, poor maintenance ( door locks first not regardless of room or new key). Misleading and uncomfortable location of gym and spa. Poor lobby bar menu and poorly trained bellboys.

Although the hotel is new, it is already in need of renovation. The price for the room is almost the same as the Radison Inn, but there is a fitness center and the breakfast is just super. The hotel does not display room information correctly. They claim to accommodate 3 people, but in fact the 3rd sofa bed does not extend and is only suitable for a child, and at the same time they demand a fee for an additional bed.
