I have booked this hotel for my parents and what they did was extended for another day. They did like the hotels amenities, convenience and services. Very reasonable and enjoyable for the price they offer.

The room is clean and has a water heater. There was a fire alarm in the middle of the night and I was forced to get up and walk downstairs 😂

The elevator buttons are hard to understand. Even though the staff knew about it, they didn't do anything about it. They brought me a vase when I asked for one.

I chose Sheraton for my trip with my parents. The thing I want to complain about the most is the shower room. Not only is there only a bathtub, but the bathtub is extremely high, which is really not user-friendly for my parents who are short and elderly. The bath water was sometimes hot and sometimes cold. Not to mention my parents, even we younger ones were worried about slipping after taking a shower. Many details of the room were not carefully considered, which was really frustrating.

To be honest, this is the most cost-effective hotel in Kazakhstan for business trips. It is very good and the breakfast is also great.
