Comparing the environment is satisfactory. Staff helpfull. Breakfast little poor but ok.

It is clean and hygienic, and most importantly, there is a Chinese restaurant, which greatly satisfies the Chinese stomach.

The room is spacious and clean, and the breakfast is good! The front desk lady is very nice and patient!

Hotel for one night, no more. Pros - friendly staff, good breakfast for such a hotel. Cons - very noisy, both inside the hotel and outside (which hums under the window. Cleaning every day, but very dusty, insects in the bath, hair on the bed, rooms are old, in the morning after the night I found a bug bite on my arm in three places,

The hotel's internet is very poor, I hope the hotel can repair it properly. The hotel room is very large, which is ok.

The location seems good. But the hotel is old. The ceilings are terrible.

The location is convenient - 25 minutes by taxi from the airport, and 20 minutes walk to the city center. Breakfast - buffet (some fruit, sausages, scrambled eggs, pancakes, cheese and cold cuts), coffee, various drinks - I'm not particularly picky, I liked it. The staff is a definite plus - responsive and polite. Of the minuses - the bathroom is cold and it is clear that the foundation is not new - a shabby door, a wobbly toilet, an unreliable socket. Also, there is no smoking in the hotel, but the smell of smoke (?) was noticeable at night (perhaps coming from the restaurant on the ground floor). Suitable for a clean overnight stay, in general.

Nice hotel especially the Georgian restaurant

It's like a 2-star express hotel. There is no gym or swimming pool. The breakfast is extremely simple, and even coffee needs to be applied for. Speechless

阿斯塔納是一座宏偉的、潔凈的城市，衹是酒店的入住體驗過於糟糕。酒店的供水無法得到保障，入住的第一天沒有冷水，第二天起沒有熱水，且水質較差，微微泛黃；供電亦有嚴重的問題，自入住第二晚開始便全樓停電，截止到第三天退房時仍未恢復供電。 不過，值得稱讚的是工作人員的服務水準和態度。前台的工作人員很友善，且英語流利；入住第二天雖然因清潔人員疏忽而未能及時整理房間，不過在跟前台反映過後，相關工作人員響應及時，迅速到場幫忙整理房間並向負責的清潔人員拍照反映。總的來説工作人員的態度值得一個大大的贊。

考察出差，商務酒店，性價比很高，裝修很有風格，設施齊全，衞生乾淨，環境不錯，哈國公共場所，酒店禁煙，酒店有西歺廳，出行方便，有機會再入駐，
