We arrived at noon, Check-in was at 14:00, understandable...........We waited till 14:30 to get into our twin-bedroom (even though we booked a double bedroom as a married couple) , no idea why a room would take more than 2 hours to clean up, especially that once we got into our room the floor was completely dusty and we realized that the room service workers just do a casual floor sweep while they are wearing their shoes so it was completely pointless. The bathroom was empty, literally no toiletries, when we called the reception for slippers the gentleman on the phone said the hotel doesn't have or provide slippers, HOWEVER we asked the room service lady and she immediately got us 2 pairs of hotel slippers with the hotel logo, and a lot of bathroom toiletries. So we were confused why would the gentleman on the reception would lie and say the hotel doesn't provide slippers. We gave an extra tip to the room service workers to clean the floor again. The hotel is in a good spot, with nice breakfast and nice view over the Nile, a nice swimming pool. The ladies at the reception were polite and friendly, however, the service could definitely need some improvement. Oh, and we could barely sleep at night due to some really loud speakerphone sounds like rituals or religious ceremony all night.

This hotel is about 45min from the airport... the view and pools are beautiful. However, this hotel is very very very old. The bathrooms are old and shabby. Even the lift, it closed on me!!! lol But the staff are very polite and helpful... one thing both good and bad... they are able to make to-go breakfast packs for those that are going on tours.. which is very helpful if you have paid for breakfast, however the rolls weren't fresh.

The three-star standard of the county town, in addition to the good view, the location is also good. The standard of more than 900 yuan is just a two or three hundred yuan experience. The towels do not absorb water, the sheets are pilling and not sticking, there is no drinking water or toothpaste in the room (the staff forgot to prepare it), the shampoo is a bright yellow knockoff, the toilet is stained, and the table is dusty.

The hotel is very beautiful, the breakfast is also good, the swimming pool is clean, but because Aswan is too hot, you can't swim. The hotel is very close to the old waterfall. Except that there is no story about the old waterfall, there is no essential difference. Both are very beautiful, and you can also see the Nile River from afar

The location and design of this hotel are good, but unfortunately the maintenance is poor, the facilities are a bit old and damaged, there are not many people staying, and the service staff is a bit insufficient. The room itself is indeed small, but the room type I booked has a very large terrace, and you can indeed enjoy the view of the Nile. Someone will lead you to the room and help with the luggage, which is good. The dinner tastes okay, and there are many cats in the outdoor dining area. Although there is no valuable goods such as freshly squeezed juice for breakfast, there are still many varieties in total. Disadvantages: The air conditioner is very noisy, the bathtub is unclean and narrow, the balcony door cannot be locked, and there are two flies in the room.

The in-room dining service was great, especially the food. We immediately changed the room after reporting the problem with the toilet facilities to the front desk. The surrounding air is great, with its own botanical garden, next to the Nubian Museum, and the unfinished stone tablets can be seen from the balcony. The soundproofing is a bit poor, and the birds are too noisy from 3 to 5 am. Overall, it is good, just above the old waterfall hotel.

Apart from the satisfactory service, the rest is hard to describe. Although there are toiletries, you can see with your naked eyes that someone has used them, even the toothpaste is broken. It is reasonable to doubt whether the toothbrush will be recycled. The towel is torn and the quilt is fuzzy. This hotel does not have slippers and you need to bring your own. The price of 900 yuan a night in April is not as good as the 300 yuan Home Inn in China. When taking a shower, I found that the sewer was blocked and the water could not go down.

The hotel is relatively old, but the facilities and services are pretty good. The food in the restaurant is very poor and tastes terrible! Chinese food and breakfast are not good. The internal environment of the hotel is good. The rooms are okay, the facilities are old but they all work properly. The customer service girl Maria the day before yesterday was very enthusiastic and the service was very good. The hotel hired a taxi to Aswan Airport for US$45. The car was in good condition and the driver's service was also very good.

With the low and melodic sound coming from the minaret at 4:30 in the morning, it is equivalent to giving a morning call to the residents of Aswan’s old city. The facilities are old, but OK, clean and okay. After all, there are not many good hotel options in Aswan. The hotel does not provide disposable slippers. The breakfast felt average, but the buffet dinner at your own expense (500 Egyptian pounds per person) was still delicious. I would like to commend the staff of their restaurant. Seeing that there were many Chinese guests dining at night, they immediately played some Chinese music. Very humane. Breakfast is packed very quickly. The service at the front desk was also very good, and they even humored me. Quite interesting. The hotel provides parking.

The hotel is good, but the price is not cheap. The location is OK, close to the Nile River, and convenient for travel. The only thing is that the price is on the high side, really on the high side. But there are no cheap hotels in Aswan.

Facilities: There are three rooms with three single beds, but the room is next to the stairs. There are often people going up and down the stairs. It is very noisy. Not only can you not see the pool view, it is too close to the stairs and you can't even open the curtains. Breakfast is basically local food, the variety and taste are average

It's a bit unexpectedly good. The hotel is a bit old. The appearance is very beautiful. It's just neglected in maintenance and management. The facilities are old. Three people stayed in it. The suite was upgraded. There is a large terrace with a view of the Nile. It's a pity that I only stayed for one night.

The river-view king-bed room I booked was far away from the river, and I could barely see it when I looked at it. The hotel room facilities are old and the sheets are still pilling. The hotel environment is pretty good and the breakfast is good. There are many touts on the street going to Abu Simbel and Philae Temple. Price can be negotiated.
