King George, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Athens Reviews

The location is great and some of the staff are too (was made to feel invisible on more than one occasion). if you’re expecting to have that moment of relief when you finally collapse on your bed following a tiring journey, this isn’t the place. I travel a lot and don’t mind paying premium prices but not for a less than ordinary room which this hotel is. I received an upgrade but even this resembled a poorly decorated worn out living room… not worth the money.

Very good hotel, great location, nice rooms, balcony, and view of the changing of the guard at Parliament Square. There is also a good Chinese restaurant 150 meters away, which is great.

The room service is in place, the bedding is comfortable, and the facilities are complete. From the balcony of the room, you can see the changing of the guard in front of the Parliament Building. It's a pity that the room size is small. You can enjoy delicious food while enjoying the beautiful view during breakfast. The Acropolis and Parthenon are in sight.

The location is very convenient, just downstairs is Syntagma Square. It is recommended not to miss the hotel’s breakfast time. Choose a seat on the terrace to have breakfast and enjoy the sun while looking at the Acropolis on the top of the mountain. It’s so comfortable~

A very dishonest hotel. Brittany belongs to the Marriott Group. Extra beds for children under 12 years old are free. After repeated inquiries, the hotel told me that there was no consumption except the city tax, and the pre-authorization deposit was not released for more than 48 hours after I left the hotel. Finally, it was on Ctrip With help, I found out that they deducted 110.21 euros from me and told me that I received the wrong amount. They will send the bill to my email and refund me. So far, I have not received the hotel bill or refund. As a five-star hotel, it does not conform to the procedures. After checking the room after leaving the store, I took the initiative to ask if there was a bill that needed to be signed, and the answer was no. Hotels that deduct money inexplicably after leaving the hotel and charge without the signature confirmation of the guests, please choose carefully!

Very convenient transportation

Cons: The water temperature in the bathroom is not stable, I personally think this should not happen in a 5 star hotel. Pros: Location, environment, breakfast, and service are all good.
