If you stay on a business trip, it's generally okay. Facilities: Not bad Health: pretty good Environment: Relatively speaking, it is a better environment that is convenient for business trips. Service: The hotel management staff are professional and have a good service attitude.

Booked a lot of rooms and it was good to continue staying

It feels average, it's convenient to eat and take a taxi around

Walking distance to hop on - hop off bus , amazing staff and delicious breakfast

Breakfast was weak, restaurant had bad smell, gym room is old and lack of equipments and some of them were broken

Excellent stay. Staff was great. Location is great near the metro line 3 min walk and 5 min ride to the Acropolis. On-site parking and many parking lots near by.

Staff were really good, they were friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was also good 😊 The hotel itself is a little dated and requires some general updating / refresh. Our biggest issue was the smell in the room which may have been from the toilet. One night it was so intense that we could not sleep. We informed the hotel about this and a person was sent to sanitise the toilet. This helped for a little while but the oder returned ☹️

The hotel is just great! We felt spoiled and loved the amenities. Everyone was nice and the breakfast buffet was expansive and tasty. We truly were thankful for the plant-based beauty products since we are vegan. The room was comfy and the only improvement would be allowing us to access Netflix through the TV.

The Bellhop Harry was great! Helene at the front desk was amazing. All the other staff were fantastic too. I would highly recommend staying here.

There’s a lot of restaurants nearby and the breakfast is good at the hotel.

It's an average hotel. In 2-4 years, it would require improvements. I received a camera that I was not satisfied with. I gave up on other hotels to test it, but I don't think I will choose this option again. All in all, it's not bad, but they didn't hit me with the camera at all.

I stood here on a solo trip in August for a week. There are a lot of restaurants and other stores near by in walking distance. There’s also a starbucks 5 minutes away. One of the front desk men named Kosts was not friendly / inviting. Not good customer service at all. I asked him to give me a phone call to let me know if I could extend my stay an extra day and he never called. Then saw me the next morning and check out and looked down the whole time also never said “bye” or “thank you for staying with us”. or any farewell. Everyday prior to that he was just very cold. Nikos was very very nice. His customer service was superb. Very friendly. The room are a little drab. I think the room need more culture to make it look alive . The bathroom believe it or not was the most aesthetically pleasing. Id give this hotel a 7/10. Oh and the door men were excellent. They helped me a lot of time in the morning when I needed my dress zipped up or help putting on a necklace lol! Struggles of a solo traveler.
