"The Candia hotel was a very short and easy walk with a lot of luggage from the train station. I was able to check in an hour earlier than they state in the information and the receptionists were very helpful. The hotel is a short walk to the underground station in Thessaloniki from there it was a short train ride ( very exciting if you get a front seat) to all the museums and centre. The room at Candia was very large with a big bathroom and was very comfy, clean and relaxing. There are shutters in the windows that was good for the mornings. Nd the sun did not wake me up! Breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of hot and cold food. I especially liked the fruit and yoghurts with an array of extra bits for healthy toppings. The swimming pool was lively and I had fun in the sun. There were plenty of staff to help there and make my stay fabulous. The views from the top of the hotel were great and I wished I’d taken some images! Thessaloniki has a lot to offer travellers who enjoy culture, which is why I chose to stay there."

"Good location and good service.. we all 6 persons stayed at the hotel for 4 nights alternately. Our luggage stored at the hotels safety. They helped us to book cub and prepared the breakfast for us at 5:30am before morning time. Absolutely, thank you very much for all staffs including in the Kitchen. Besides, the roof of my hotel is very amazing that you can see the Acropolis all days. The sunset around the Acropolis is extremely beautiful."

"One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in Europe. The location is in the heart of Athens city, near by the main station along the Acropolis. The balcony in my room was in front if the acropolis itself. The people there are very nice and to be honest, I don’t have anything to complain about. Rooms was so clean and the room service folks clean it everyday. Also the rate is soo good comparing to the location. Lastly, it is literally 3 minutes far from the metro station which make is very convenient."

"The place is in a very convenient location. Facilities are a little old. Buffet is very good. I had a trouble with the card to enter to room and the receptionist imply I didn't know how to use it I had to go twice because of that it happen 3 times during my stay of 3 nights. The cards are obsolete if they said that those inactivate when electric devises such cellphones or earphones are near. But breakfast is very good."

"I love the vibe of this place. Capsule-style bedding, no towels provided, but the downstairs area is pretty happening. A little bar/cafe down there seems to be a popular place to congregate and chill in the evenings, and the staff is super-nice and friendly. It's on a quiet street, within a 5 minute walk of a major metro station. Good value for the money if you're a solo traveler. I'd definitely stay here again."

The staff where very friendly, helpful and always with a smile on their faces, specially the gentleman in reception and the lady that looked after the rooms Constance or Constantine 🥹 sorry if I spelled her name wrong. "It’s a very basic economic hotel. I booked the premium room with a balcony for city view, but everything (the room, the breakfast, the vibe, the staff) is still very basic. Also, there isn’t any window in the toilet so it always smells bad. The location is very good tho, close to everything. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend it. Living here makes me feel Athens isn’t that good. I lived in another hotel after 2 days and it made me feel Athens much better."

"This hotel is super conveniently located, just a 2-minute walk from the M2 metro line's Sygrou–Fix station. Around the corner, you'll find several supermarkets, convenience stores, souvenir shops, restaurants, and bars – basically everything you need for a tourist trip. Plus, it's only about a 10-minute walk to the Acropolis, so the location is excellent. The hotel itself is clean and tidy, and there's even a faint pleasant scent in the room, making it a comfortable and reassuring place to stay."
