As for the location, it's about a 5-minute walk from Syntagma Square. It's a great location where you can walk to the main tourist sites. The surrounding area is also safe.
The room is small, and the shower booth is only about 60cm square, but considering the price, that's understandable.
Amenities include body wash/shampoo, soap, hair dryer, towels, and bath towels (towels will be replaced if you stay multiple nights).
The walls are thin, so you can hear voices from the next room and the cathedral bells (which ring every 30 minutes), so it's not suitable for people who are sensitive.
The rooftop is open 24 hours a day, and you can see the Acropolis.
It's undeniably old, but the staff are friendly and helpful, and considering the location and price, I would like to stay at this hotel again.

It's just a 5-minute walk from Syntagma Station, and you can also walk to the Aquapolis. I went back and forth to the Acropolis many times, and was able to get there without any problems while walking around the city. The hotel has a retro elevator and friendly staff, and although the rooms are old and not very nice, it is a comfortable location for a night in the city. The old-fashioned heating system circulates hot water through pipes, so you can dry your laundry. The best part is that from the rooftop on the 6th floor, you can see the Acropolis and the church right next door, and even enjoy the New Year's fireworks. The rooftop, covered with plastic sheets, protected us from the cold.
