The breakfast was very good and the facilities were clean, but I was worried that there was no shower curtain. Security is not good, but it is within walking distance from the Parthenon temple area.

The room is relatively small, and there is no drinking water or kettle provided, but you can buy it at the counter. A bottle of 500ml costs 0.5 euros. The service staff has a very good attitude. Breakfast doesn't have much variety but it's delicious.

Das Hotel ist in der Nähe der Metrostation Omonia, man kann in einer halben Stunde bis zur Akropolis kommen. Es gibt ein paar nette Restaurants in der Nähe. Leider ist die Umgebung des Hotels nicht so ansprechend. Aber als Stoppover für Athen - wenn man nur Sightseeing machen möchte und eine Anbindung an die Metro haben möchte - ist es gut. Das Frühstück war gut, der Kaffee auch. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und das Bad war noch kleiner. Daher etwas beengt für große Menschen (mein Mann ist 1,96 Meter). Wegen des Hotels würde ich noch einmal kommen, wegen der Umgebung des Hotels eher weniger.

cosa si ci aspetta da un hotel.....ottima accoglienza, personale cortese, stanze pulite, biancheria cambiata ogni giorno, buona colazione, (dolce e salato),ubicazione perfetta per qualsiasi spostamento, costi contenuti.....Athens Choice Hotel è tutto questo....consigliato assolutamente.

A great budget hotel about 30min away from the main tourist areas. Alas we didn't have a high level holder for the shower head but the room was fine for us with comfy beads, air conditioning and a balcony for relaxing at the end of the day.
