Séjour parfait!! Tout le personnel est extrêmement accueillant, gentil, professionnel, très serviable et à l’écoute. Mention spéciale pour le monsieur qui nous a accueilli avec mon mari et mes enfants qui a été plus que parfait et très bienveillant, il nous a donné plein de bon conseils et recommendations.
La chambre était vraiment propre et spacieuse, lit confortable, le canapé-lit pour nos enfants (3 ans et 6 ans) n’était par contre pas très confortable. La salle de bain était propre.
Le petit déjeuner était copieux et très bon, il y en a pour tous les goûts.
L’hôtel est idéalement situé, dans une rue au calme et à 3 minutes à pieds du métro.
Un hôtel partenaire au bout de la rue donne accès à la piscine et à la salle de gym.

The hotel has a 24-hour front desk and is very safe. The surrounding area is also safe. We live on the first floor and it's not noisy. It's a very small hotel, I'm not sure if there is a gym, and it definitely doesn't have a swimming pool. The room is large in size, with a mini kitchen counter, a double sofa bed, and two single beds. The hotel front desk staff take the initiative to say hello, and the guests are mainly foreigners. The subway should be Line 3, which goes to the airport every half an hour and can also go to the cruise terminal.
