Abbiamo soggiornato per una sola notte in questo hotel situato in un posto strategico in quanto in centro. L’hotel si occupa del transfert da e per l’aeroporto a 52€ e se in orario notturno un supplemento di 15 €. Albergo molto comodo, stanze grandi, letto comodo, bagno diviso dalla zona doccia e dal lavabo, ottimi i prodotti per la toilette tutti Apivita. La camera oltre al frigobar dispone anche di sacchetti di frutta secca, macchina caffè, piccole bottiglie di alcolici. Le Stanze molto silenziose e anche ottima la pulizia. La colazione si effettua al ristorante posto a piano terra , non viene effettuato a buffet ma alla carta, si possono scegliere tre pietanze a persona mentre il succo d’arancia è già previsto, la scelta è veramente ampia dai toast, alle crêpes dolci e salate , le uova cucinate in modo egregio come si desidera, torte, rise pudding con cannella, yogurt, frutta, ottimi anche L’Espresso che per noi italiani è fondamentale, ottime e abbondanti le porzioni. Personale simpatico, premuroso e professionale.

Great place to stay: very central, clean, quiet, and the food in their Muse restaurant is amazing! The restaurant staff and the reception girls were great, always smiling, always happy to help and give advice when asked. Highly recommend the Gem, it is a true gem :)

Great small hotel and spa. Friendly staff, clean rooms and even better service and food. You could tell people working at the hotel are happy to serve you. You sure get much more value than what you pay for. Totally recommend it to people traveling to Athens.

Outstanding hotel. Great team. Cozy rooms. Super comfy mattresses and pillows. Outstanding cleanliness. 5mn away from syntagma. Must try food and cocktails! Must try SPA. Been staying in the hotel for the past 4 years. Never had a single issue.

Amazing location, excellent service and experience. I stayed 4 nights in the hotel. The breakfast was amazing with a lot of choices. Everything was fresh and homemade. The staff was really professional. I highly recommend this hotel or at least make yourself a favour and try their restaurant Muse Bistro

Last time we visited the Gem we gave it 5 stars so decided to return for our honeymoon and use one of their upgrade rooms. The upgraded room was a mistake for 2 reasons - 1st the view is not as advertised as its been blocked off (see advert pic and then reality pic ) , 2nd our room was never serviced before 2pm meaning that our room never got serviced expect once when we were out all day . In addition the gem was the only hotel on our 4 hotel stop that did not acknowledge our honeymoon in any way despite me mentioning it on every communication so no personal touch as per advert this time .Other touches were also missing as well from last time , no welcome drink coffee pods not filled up etc ... in short a slightly disappointing stay this time just when we wanted to make it special .... we will probably return but to the std rooms as in the upgrade rooms the service is worse ( they service the top rooms last ) and they just did not meet our honeymoon expectations.

We had a great experience at The Gem Society. The staff welcomed us when we arrived and gave us welcome drinks while they checked all four couples in. The rooms were the perfect size and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is located close to restaurants and plenty of shopping. The breakfast was amazing. I think what made our stay most pleasant was the hospitality of the front desk staff, the bar tender and the restaurant staff. We had an extremely early flight so they made us breakfast boxes to go. They truly went above and beyond.

Nettes Hotel, mit allem was man braucht und super netten Personal. In wenigen Gehminuten ist man inmitten der belebten Einkaufstrassen usw. und hat einen guten Ausgangspunkt zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Gleich gegenüber der Strasse sind einige gemütliche griechische Restaurants.
