The hotel is about 5 min from the metro station Omonia. However, it is probably not the safest place to walk around. The staffs are always busy among themselves so it is quite challenging to ask for help. The elevators are quite small. Although there are more than one elevators, they are not very visible. The selection of the breakfast is surprisingly good. The room design is a little weird. The bathroom and the toilet are separated, while the handwash basin is outside near the bed.

The hotel staff are friendly, courteous, attentive, and helpful to guests. The Facility is excellent and had a Gym Room in the Hotel, The location is excellent.

1st night was in lower floor, horrible experience as outside windows are all air conditioner engines, very noisy that I can only sleep with a earphone.
Recommend to be careful as of potential noise even you close all windows.

We were given a welcome drink at the reception, what a surprise! All staff are helpful and polite. We booked a family room for 4 nights. In the last night, unfortunately the air conditioner didn't run. After checking, the night-shift colleague immediately opened two new twin rooms for our family. He has turned our problem into praise. We highly appreciate his work.

Now that it was my 2nd stay in the hotel, I can confirm that everything is very good. My room this time had a street view. And only small remark on the design of the room: it's not very convenient having a bathroom quite far from the toilet.

Staff were helpful. Breakfast was average and not enough seating. Room was clean although on our 3rd day the room was not serviced until 4pm when we were back in the room.

centrally located with a modern decor, huge windows , roof terrace and room lighting system that is straight back from the future, left a nice feeling and wanting to come back.
surroundings of hotel is good even though some back streets are not that nice, but its town center with shops, bars and metro station near by, so overall a nice location

Location was slightly out of the city center, however, there were many shops around the hotel. It was right beside a museum too. Hotel had area for resting, rooftop garden and a balcony for the city view room. Service was excellent, they serve free champagne upon check in!
