Had a wonderful experience! The hotel was beautiful and so convenient being walking distance to the Battery. This is my new go-to place to stay!

This hotel is not worth the money they charge. I had to ask to get my room cleaned multiple times and practically beg for more towels. I got charged $6.00 for water I never drank and was told it would be taken off of my bill, only to be charged again for the $6.00 water two days later. I know it's only $6.00 but it's the principal of the whole thing, I purchased my own water at the grocery store and put it in my fridge. I came back to my room and they had put a roll away bed in my room that I didn't ask for. The restaurant wasn't open, just the bar area the entire time we were there and in the bar area the wait for food was over an hour. The housekeeping wasn't good either, the entire 4 night stay the do not disturb sign for the door knob was in the same spot on the floor. I would stay at another hotel if your going to spend this kind of money per night.

Alex at the front desk was amazing! We had concerns and questions, which he quickly addressed and went over and above to make the rest of our stay enjoyable. His demeanor was professional and his outgoing personality was a delight. He was the only one at the front desk, and he treated us like we were his only concern.

It had an amazing view
Bed was comfortable
My husband was able to work from the desk with a good view.
A lot of room.
Very clean
Only had one problem, but I didn’t mind it because everything else was great.
Just needed better water pressure and water was not hot, it was warm.
The two ladies at the front desk were amazing. Young lady with the braids pulled out a map and showed us everything….even told us about the shuttle. And It was quiet.

Stayed here last Friday night, for one night on our way back to Florida from a 3 week road trip. All of our normal hotels we stay at , had raised their prices to close to $300.00 per night ! I guess because it was a weekend ? Anyhow, my wife did a search ,and even with the $35.00 parking fee, this hotel was a $100.00 less than many others. Convenient location right off the interstate, excellent room and service. Nearby restaurants, we ate at the restaurant in the hotel.

Just returned from a 2 night stay at the Waverly for a karate tournament and the hotel is wonderful. Staff is outstanding, room was nice and comfortable and clean. Didn't use many of the amenities except for the coffee bar and they were great as well. In an excellent location if attending a Braves game as well as it right across the street. Would definitely stay at this property again.
