Nice hotel apartment, across from Civic Center station with underground parking. Very good service from front desk staff. A lovely space with coloring area in the lobby, restaurant are precursor to the apartment: full kitchen, living room, dining area, two tvs, balcony and bedroom, kind of classic Marriott style. But unlike Marriott there were no extra towels, bathrobes, slippers or toiletries beyond soap and shower cap.
The restaurant hours on the key are incorrect. The restaurant closes at 930pm although front desk said only the kitchen closes at 945pm. Anyway the mix up led to none of our interactions with the reticent restaurant's staff for room service. The restaurant takes a daily siesta too, though the key says weekends only. The 12 doesn't let Door Dash come to the apartment, only the lobby. However, 12 Staff will deliver if anyone's available; otherwise you have to go to the lobby.
All in all, it was a very pleasant stay.

Autograph collection hotels are generally low key elegant, well decorated, and this one’s no exception. Rooms are definitely massive. I tried three, all of them had a living room, kitchen, desk and really good space. Staff is well prepared. Kind and attentive. Would even say above average. THE problem is the noise from the highways. Incredibly high, for anyone mid to light- sleeper. This was during the middle of the week. I changed from one side of the building (swimming pool) to the other side, only to then go back to the first, as both were so annoying. And it’s an all night long noise. Rooms have double glass panels .. the problem seems to be that windows come in different shapes and heights. Looks good for the outside … not nice when all you want is to sleep well.

My family and I went to Atlanta last week for the TXT concert. We booked a room through ******* and payed for all fees and accommodation.
However at the time of checkout, I noticed some extra charges from the hotel and I asked about it at the front desk and the manager said the extra charge was supposed to drop. But is been a week now and the money is still not coming back to my account. I've called several times but it seems almost impossible to someone to pick up the phone at the front desk. When somebody finally picks up, they say they will look in to it and call back, but they never do .
260 dollars of extra charges without any explanation is unacceptable by the way I had a receipt summary explaining just a 40 dollars charges for the valet parking but not for the 260 dollars .

Beautiful room with view. Nice bar/lounge to relax. Pool area was very nice! Room was spacious and valet parking was reasonable.
