Very classy property. Dinner and beer are delicious. Rooms are so clean and staff are so polite and helpful for anything. To rest wit your family for a few days, this hotel is so deligthful.

Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und bekamen sofort unser Zimmer. Es war schön hell eingerichtet mit gemütlichen Betten. Großes Fenster zum Garten mit Mückengittern. Das Frühstück lies keine Wünsche übrig - von Körnerbrötchen über Wurst, Käse, Schinken und Lachs bis zum Cappuccino und dem Saft war alles da. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Mussten den Aufenthalt im Rahmen der Teilnahme an einer Hochzeitsfeier kurzfristig leider absagen (positiver Schnelltest) - nachdem bei der telefonischen Absage noch angedeutet wurde, man würde prüfen, ob man wegen der Stornierungsgebühr etwas machen könne (und sich melden), wurde 2 Wochen später kommentarlos der volle Betrag der Übernachtung in Rechnung gestellt. Auf telefonische Rückfrage wurde keinerlei Kulanz gezeigt, Zitat: "Das ist halt so." So geht Kundenorientierung heute definitiv nicht (schon gar nicht, wenn man gerade Tausende Euro Umsatz mit einer Hochzeitsgesellschaft gemacht hat). Rechtliche Lage... OK - aber die Auswirkungen eines verantwortungsvollen Verhaltens (nicht-Erscheinen nach Test) voll auf den Gast abzuwälzen, zeugt nicht gerade von Gastfreundschaft. Waren voller Erwartung, leider voll enttäuscht - wir werden definitiv nicht wieder hier buchen.

We had a wonderful three-nights at Gasthaus Ostereier in Goetlsdorf near Attenkirchen (Kreis Freising), Bavaria. The staff was very friendly and extremely professional. The room was comfortable and offered all the anticipated amenities. The breakfast was excellent in both quality and quantity. The restaurant was also excellent and has an extensive menu as well as daily specials. We look forward to returning.
