Facilities: I especially like the kitchen. The kitchen where I can really cook, and there is a rice cooker. There is a washing machine in the room, the laundry is very convenient, and the dryer is on the same floor, which is particularly convenient. The only thing is that it is too close to the road. The room is a bit unprivacy on the first floor, and it is cool at night."

When I informed the hotel, the staff were super friendly, supportive and very accommodating. Booking in had been easy, too, and throughout my stay, language was no barrier at all. The next morning, the staff helped me get a taxi to the train station. I'd have loved to stay a few days because--besides the greats ervice--the room was a top notch value. A very sleep-friendly bed, a beautifully designed bath and sink corridor, and a separate shower (if I'd needed it), plus comfortable chairs and a useful desk. In short--a really good room, and at a great price. No question at all: if I'm ever fortunate enough to return to Anyang. I'll be staying here."

When we were rushing to the railway station and the manager knew we were late,he kindly helped us with the luggage to save our time. Breakfast quality was great. Lunch menu was simple, but high quality with reasonable price. The only thing I would recommend to improve is that flushing was very loud. If we use toilet during bedtime, it may wake up other person."

Everyone from the front desk to the restaurant staff was exceptionally polite and provided superb service. I especially want to praise the buffet restaurant – it was absolutely delicious, even better than what I've had at other five-star hotels! The Eggs Benedict, beef noodles, coffee, and spicy soup were all incredibly good. I wish I had room for more food; the two adults and two children finished everything. The family room had bunk beds and could comfortably accommodate four people, which the kids loved. Most importantly, it was very clean. A huge shout-out to the hotel staff – they were incredibly patient and provided excellent service."

Zhongyuan Hotel is located at No. 20 North Gate East Street, Wenfeng District, Anyang City. It evolved from the guest rooms of Anyang Administrative Commissioner's Office and the guest house of the prefectural Party committee. After the revocation of the prefecture and merger into a city in 1986, it became a state-owned foreign-related hotel affiliated to the Party Committee and Government of Anyang City, a self-financing public institution owned by the whole people. At the end of June 2017, it completed the transformation from a public institution to an enterprise, becoming a wholly-owned subsidiary of Anyang Culture and Tourism Development Group Co., Ltd. and was renamed Anyang Zhongyuan Hotel Management Service Co., Ltd. As a reception service unit for the party and government organs of the city, it has always undertaken the major tasks of government, official and conference reception services in the city, and is a main force in the reception industry of Anyang City.
Covering an area of about 35 mu, Zhongyuan Hotel completed its upgrading and renovation at the end of 2024. The completed hotel complies with star hotel standards and takes "pleasant accommodation, delightful dining, entertainment and performances, cultural and creative products, conferences and exhibitions, research study, and travel" as its core to create an immersive consumption experience journey. The hotel has guest rooms, all equipped with advanced intelligent control systems to provide guests with convenience and comfort. Liyan Dayi Shang (Restaurant) houses a buffet restaurant, banquet halls, private rooms and meeting rooms, meeting the needs of various mid-to-high-end banquets, corporate meetings, buffets and group meals. It has 7 meeting rooms of different specifications, capable of accommodating 20 to 600 people for meetings. Anyang Auditorium (Impression of Anyang), one of the landmark buildings of the hotel, can hold large-scale meetings, cultural and artistic performances and other various activities for 1,200 people. The underground parking lot built covers an area of 4,980 square meters with 100 standard parking spaces.
