Nuit du 22 au 23/10 réservée au tarif comprenant une annulation possible jusqu'au 22/10 19h00 et avec paiement à l'hôtel et non en ligne , tous citères confirmés par l'hôtesse d'accueil. Sauf que l'hôtel avait utilisé mes coordonnées de CB pour me débiter dès 10h00 du matin ce que je découvrais en arrivant vers 17h30 (et le débit a éta fait avec une CB qui n'était pas celle que je souhaitais utiliser. Ensuite, nous avons constaté l'absence de télécommande de TV dans la chambre vers 21h00 en rentrant de diner mais il n'y avait plus personne en réception à cette heure là et nous avons eu droit à une soirée sans télé. Et la lunette des WC n'était pas fixée correctement (bougeait beaucoup sur la cuvette). Quand j'ai informé le personnel de ces désagréments au petit déjeuner du samedi 23, la réponse reçue a été un simple "Merci". Pas d'excuse, pas de geste commercial.

Very nice hotel and good breakfast. Simple and easy as usual with B and B Hotels. I was happy that there was someone on reception to check me in as I tried to checkin at the machine but the number I had for my booking did not match and I would not have been able to check in with my booking. I did receive an email today from the hotel giving me a number to checkin with but that was one day to late so there seems to be a problem with the itinerary and checkin number with this hotel as this has not happened previously. Everything else was good.

Première expérience chez B B hôtels: couloirs et chambre impersonnel chambre petite et optimisée au maximun un peu a l'étroit.... pas de prise USB bien pour une etape une seule nuit. Par contre : Excellent Petit déjeuner copieux et varié pour la partie dej je mettrai la note maximun

De kamer was proper, goed bed, maar over het algemeen een beetje klein. Je had weinig ruimte om je bagage neer te zetten badkamer was ook zeer klein.
Ontbijt was ook ok, zeer goed in functie ook van corona. Aan de overkant ook een leuk restaurant
