The location is good, within walking distance to the Sky Tower, the room is quite spacious, and the facilities are relatively complete. However, the dryer in our room did not work. We contacted at least 2 front desk staff, and they both said that they had recorded it and someone would check it. But no one was there until we checked out... I don't know what else to say about the service efficiency abroad except hehe...

The floor hygiene needs to be improved. In addition, there was a male front desk worker with a bad attitude. The service was also unprofessional. He kept entering the wrong number and even told me the reason.

The front desk service was very good and the coffee was delicious! The kitchen facilities in the room were very good, but the sofa in the living room was a little dirty. Everything else was good. The shower head in the bathroom was not very good, probably because it had not been descaled for a long time.
