The hotel location was good and the staff were friendly. The location was close to downtown, so it was great to see things and eat nearby. I think I'll come back again the next time I visit Augsburg.

The hotel room was as clean as shown in the picture, and although I used a room across from the elevator, I could barely hear people, perhaps because the soundproofing was better than I thought.
I was surprised that there was a separate air conditioner! I really enjoyed the air conditioner 🥰
The bed mattress was really the best 👍🏼 Every time I sleep in many hotels, I can't sleep well because the mattress is uncomfortable, but I had a good night's sleep 🤩
