Modern comfort in a grand old hotel. Seems like every room has a different layout. Occasional issues with mechanicals (ac, tv, etc) but staff is always responsive. Breakfast on the Balcony is always a treat. Todays service by Anthony was great! Rooftop lounge offers great views across the river valley.

The hotel at first glance is great with it being a historical building, but the work that was done to remodel it was sub par. Looks like they cut every corner they could to get it looking somewhat decent. The greeting was very blah, no mention of services provide, I was just told where the roof top bar was and given directions to my room. I receved a room with no view, when I looked out my window there was a tree that blocked everything. Location is probably the highlight if you are visiting and want to be close to downtown Augusta. There is not alot of parking and you will be charged 20$ a day flat fee whether you self park or use valet, which I never saw a valet anywhere. Beds were super clean and very soft and comfortable, but the air conditioning seemed to fizzle out in the middle of the night and I woke up sweating. Everyones experience is different this is my experience and opinion. I will probably not stay at this hotel again.

We just came for a one night getaway. LOVVED the property and most of the staff was great. Knew it would be an older place...didn't sleep well due to the loud a/c. Food/cocktails were excellent except we were sad they were out of so many food options we had planned on having; didn't have the amazing partridge cocktail we were looking forward to. The desk-guy who checked us out said 2 words...no smile, no asking how it was. He said "you're good" while looking down. Zachary checked us in and was great. The door-man/bellhop (Alex maybe?) was PHENOMINAL. Perfect attitude to kickoff a fun trip.

Great southern charm experience! Staff was absolutely fantastic! AnneMarie, Charles Jordan, and George were attentive, always pleasant, and consistently jovial and hardworking! Shuttle bus drivers also charming and hardworking! The Partridge Inn from the Penthouse bar tenders to the staff throughout the inn were wonderful!

The staff at this hotel is FANTASTIC! I can’t name them all but the names that stuck the most are Clay ( LIFESAVER), Hank aka Mr. Personality, James is so professional, Kelly is a doll, Natasha so great, and Zachary & Heather were very warm and sweet at check out! Love the hotel, beds so clean and comfy!

We had dead bugs in the shower area with little black flying bugs in the bathroom. There was a wedding party in the courtyard, loud, until 10 pm outside our window. Not a pleasant experience.
