I went in room 404 and was not in for a few minutes and quickly found a bed bug. I was scared to stay, but it was late, and reviews of other hotels in the area are not great. I expected better with the reviews I had read. They moved my floors. Front desk worker said they would keep my room open and have a manager refund my room and call me. They never called, even after I called a few times, and still billed the room. I think breakfast was the best part of the stay. I had a hard time sleeping as a result. I have stayed at numerous Holiday Inns and have had better results.

They have a fenced in free parking which is a plus. Small putting green next to the pool, bring your own balls.

Came for the TechNet Conference and stayed at my first Holiday Inn Express in a decade. Wish I didn't. The staff were extremely friendly, however the hotel is terrible in every way. It's desperately in need of a major renovation. My room smelled of mold/must and felt slimy everywhere. The carpet and sofa were stained and disgusting. There were plastic lids on the floor, hair on towels and the worst part was the dirty wine glasses in the cabinets. The carpet was worn bare in spots and the pillows were gross. The location was just as bad as the hotel. Felt very unsafe with homeless walking around and the hotel required gated parking and a key to enter even the front door. In summary - stay at your own risk.

I was very disappointed from my check in experience as well as the fact that the clerk gave me no information except my room key. Additionally the hotel is not in the greatest area which I was unaware of. the condition of the room. The room was not cleaned that well between guests.
