It is a nice Residence Inn. The room was clean. The ice machine was only on the first floor though. There was a decent size parking lot. The location was right off the highway with a lot of restaurants near by. Ms. Karen's breakfast was good. We didn't use the pool or gym.

Anita was very helpful at the front desk. Very organized very professional very quick check in. Breakfast in the morning was good well prepared plenty of choices. Able to eat with metal silverware and real plates. Facilities were clean and well kept.

Anita at the reception desk provided EXCELLENT customer service. She made my kids feel welcomed and was very kind. The pool is nice and warm. My kids loved it. The room is comfortable and spacious. I just checked in and have not had breakfast yet. So we will see.

Ms. Karen for breakfast was excellent she never missed a beat when it came to serving the guests. She made sure everyone was good and she kept everything fully stocked. Excellent breakfast service. Excellent job with the guest Ms. Karen you brighten up every breakfast.

Best experience I ever had with any hotel.Breakfast was great .check in was smooth .Housekeeping team were amazing .Rooms were super clean .I spilled my coffee on my bed and I was not due for service , I met with Ashley and Arianna who changed my sheets even though I was not due for cleaning that day I really appreciate them for that I will definitely stay here again .you guys are awesome!!

Anita is the best! She upgraded us and had snacks for my daughter! The service was quick and easy and everything was ready for us upon arrival. This is our second time staying here at the residence in and both stays have been delightful. We will definitely be back!
