After visiting the hotel they cant give me the online room booking rate in cash payment. After this they say me to book the online room and its my good decision because i get a discount on it. Hotel staff members are so helpful and the services provided them are also good. Food quality is also good..

It was very bad and pathetic experience. I don't want to one star rather i will give negative rating. I have arrived at the hotel after confirmed booking but they were asking for booking amount. On the top of that room were not at all ready at 12. 40pm. They wasted my 30 min for so called clearing room. Plus no towel and other hygiene products not available. In between fan and ac was also not working because of line issue. Hotel management should understand that guest are coming long way like me 25 hours journey. They should try to give nice hospitality. I know management will have many excuses like particular staff is not available or hotel was fully occupied thus can't be able to do cleaning on time. If they is case they would have not taken booking in first place if they can't manage anything.

Don't trust the images uploaded and definitely do not book this property i booked for king size room and they gave me twin room when i asked them my booking is for king size they literally told mee cancel your booking or pay extra 700 rs for king size bed unfortunately i have pay coz i was tired at the moment.
