Super stay! Really welcoming host, offered free drinks, local information, and even a late check-out. Surrounding area is beautiful and peaceful. Within the room, the amenities we're great including an electric heating blanket, a/c, and a Japanese style electric toilet. Within the hotel there is a restaurant, pool table, and swimming area with a great view. Highly recommend.

The hotel is very strategically located at one of the most scenic area of NapaSea, and is very clean, well kept. The counter service is great too, they even upgraded our rooms to a bigger, scenic room for free!!! And, they provided free shuttle service from the railway station (or can claim back from them by showing the bill). The room itself, has heating service, oxygen supply, and is super roomy and clean. Despite the language barrier, the owner and other staff tried their best to communicate with us. It was very convenient that they gave us a ride to the hotel. They also helped us hire a one-day driver. Thank you!

For the price I paid, it was well below my expectations. The hotel is not well maintained. The pool was not opened. Hygiene of the bathroom can be improved. Breakfast was a big disappointment. Toast without any jam or butter. Plain porridge served with hard boiled eggs and stir fry vegetables. The management need to seriously look into th problems highlighted.

We were searching for a nice spa place in Shangri-la. I have no doubt that this is the best one. Amazing views to the snow mountain from the top spa (available for all) and a very nice private spa as well. Not only did we get a nice spa experience, the host but drove us to a path to overview the city plus also offered us special help to go for a hike the next day to a beautiful location that will be forever imprinted in our minds. Thank you so much!

A pleasant surprise, the hotel is managed by generous and well mannered boss. I would recommend this place if you are staying around the area.

First of all, thank the boss! We originally planned to stay in a tent room on the top floor for 3 nights. On the day we arrived, the boss took the initiative to upgrade us to another room type for one night. We experienced two different styles of rooms in one hotel. We also had hot springs every day after playing. It was very comfortable. The hotel is very good and you can see that the boss is very attentive. Our whole family likes camping. The hotel is full of camping elements, egg roll tables, Kermit chairs, wood stoves... I took a lot of photos in the store. It was a perfect accommodation experience

The boss was very friendly and helped us upgrade the room for free, and also provided breakfast. The room was clean and tidy, and it was not crowded for two adults and two children. The restaurant next door owned by the ******* boss was delicious, and each person got a bag of beef jerky, which was much better than the one in the ancient city.

When we checked in, we saw that some of us had altitude sickness, so we took the initiative to provide two bottles of oxygen and upgraded the room for free. The guy was very good and took the initiative to help with the luggage. The room was great and the hotel was in a good location👍

The hygiene is average. After all, it is an old hotel. Everything looks a bit dirty. There are flying insects in the toilet (rare for staying in hotels all year round). The facilities are OK. Everything is available. Parking is convenient and right at the door. The breakfast is relatively simple. It is edible and not hungry. It is not delicious. The service is good. The soundproofing of the room can be described in one word: extremely poor. I was woken up by the children across the street in the morning. Now it is afternoon and my head is still buzzing. The curtains do not block the sun. I was woken up by the light at six o'clock. 🥱 There is a small terrace on the roof where you can take pictures. It is ok The humidifier has noise, which is not available in other hotels. The filter of the air conditioner should be changed. It is covered with a thick layer of dust. The location of the hotel is very good, right in the Napahai scenic area, it is very convenient to travel around the lake, and it is close to the ancient city and Pudacuo National Park. The room is clean and comfortable. The special feature is that you can see the grassland from the hot spring pool on the roof. However, there are a lot of impurities at the bottom of the water in the hot spring pool, and there will be no hot water in the room around 8 o'clock because the water for the hot spring pool will be boiled. The temperature of the central air-conditioning in the room is 20 degrees all night, but there is a small heater, so it may still be cold in winter. The biggest problem is that it is inconvenient to eat and buy things because there is a grassland nearby. We always go there after dinner, otherwise there is only one KFC that delivers takeout.

The room was generally satisfactory and the service was very thoughtful. There is a hot spring pool and entertainment facilities on the roof, with a beautiful view. The room has heating and a heater, which is warm and not too dry. I will go there again if I have the chance.

It is difficult for a clever woman to make a meal without rice. Please remember to go to the city to buy enough bread. The frosted glass label on the bathroom glass door can be removed! The scenery is great!
