Stayed before our flight back from Austin.
Free shuttle to and from airport which we used after returning the rental car and to get to the airport for the flight.
Lovely hotel, staff were helpful and friendly.
Used the pool at 7.30pm, it is quite shallow but was warm .
Everything was clean, there was a fridge, coffee machine and bottled water in the room as well as usual things like hairdryer and iron.

Friendly clean modern. Room was very pleasant. My only negative was the hours of cafe and bar. I couldn’t get a cup
Of coffee at 10am. Plus couldn’t get wine at 10pm. I’m traveling far. Just saying. Maybe if ur going to close the cafe offer free coffee.

That's what happened:
1 - I checked in, and imediatelly went to my room, got undressed and turn the shower on...but there was no bath soap.
I had to go to the front desk to pick up a soap
2 - The electronic parking gate has a complicated system in which one has to scan two papers. One card that you get from the automatic gate when you enter the parking lot, and another one with a QR code given to you when you check in by the front desk girl. That, could even be ok, but the system was out of order for the entire day and nobody has warned us. So I had to, go back to the parking lot and go to the front desk again and ask the attendant to open it for me. Why didn't I call for help from the gate? Because it happened at night and there was no light to show me what to do with a broken gate machine!!!!
3- At 11 PM I got to the lobby and all the bars and restaurants were closed. OK! So, I went to my room and asked for room service. For my surprise they don't have room service after 11. Imagine you, arriving from a flight after 11PM and hungry and thirsty, and inside an airport lonely and far from any restaurant area...NOTHING!!! NOBODY to serve you even a sandwich. Yes!!! That's HILTON Hospitality!!!!!!
4 - I realized it when I called room service trying to get a corkscrew. Their line rang rang and rang, until the calling was automatically transfered to the (guess who?) the front desk. So I asked her for a corkscrew. She told me that she would try to get me one. I waited for 30 minutes an decided to call her back. And for my surprise nobody attended to the call. I tried again and the same...nobody there!
5 - I went to the Ice machine that was near my room...and it was broken also. I got to walk thru the other side of the building to get some ice.
6 - Next morning we went to the breakfast. (No, it hasn't ended) At the breakfast, there was only one hotel worker to seat people, serve them and clean the table at the same time.
We ordered toast, scrambled eggs, sausage an fried potatoes, coffe and orange juice. She served me and said that my wife's toasts were comming soon. Unfortunatelly the toasts didn't come. (not her fault, she was doing the job of 4 or 5 people)
And as a GRAND FINALE (Only for the breakfast, there's still more) , I asked for sugar and she told me that they had ran out of it. Period!!!!! Yes I'm not kidding...ABSOLUTELLY NO SUGAR IN A BREAKFAST SALOON IN A HILTON HOTEL.
7 - To finish this terrible adventure, my wife stepped in a puddle of feces (PHOTO ATTACHED) in front of the parking lot door. I went again to the front desk to warn the people of what has happened.
They thank me to be warning them...No apologies at all.
And that's It.
HILTON AND NONE OF THEIR GROUP NEVER MORE!!!!!!...EVER!!!!!!!
