Martha was great at check in and made everything smooth and easy!! She was very polite and professional!! And had to tolerate my coworkers and their childish behavior and was completely 100 percent professional!! I would absolutely love to see her every time we come to stay here!!

The staff was very gracious when we arrived after midnight. What we expected when visiting Holiday Inn totally fulfilled. We were surprised that breakfast was no longer a free buffet, but were served a bountiful meal by cheery staff in an otherwise empty dining facility.

I have been here numerous times and it’ has always been a pleasant experience. Kelly has checked me in several times with a smile and he goes out of his way to make my stay very enjoyable. I went out to have supper and when I arrive back at the hotel Kelly called out my name to remind me about booking the airport shuttle for the next morning which I normally do when I check in.

This is a great hotel but there is quite some noise from the close by highway

Our flight out of Austin was delayed so we missed our connection to Hawaii. Even though it was early in the morning Martha at the front desk was able to get us a room to crash after the headache in the airport. The hotel is close to the airport and the shuttle service and driver were great.

Bav and Martha are amazing & cheerful! I always feel welcome when I come in, the Candlewood Suites is very reasonable and clean!! Definitely my Go-To hotel, thank you for all your great service, I feel Blessed and I am so grateful for it!!!!!!

Martha at the front desk was extremely pleasant and very helpful! The housekeeping staff went out of their way to be sure my wife was comfortable. Excellent customer service!! Our room was very neat and well appointed. We would recommend Candlewood Suites by Austin Airport when you are in town!
